技术领域
本实用新型低杆温微波穿刺治疗探头涉及的是一种用于人体肿瘤等病变组织经皮或术中穿刺凝固治疗探头,适用于各种微波穿刺治疗设备配套使用。
背景技术
现有微波穿刺治疗仪的微波穿刺治疗探头在治疗过程中普遍存在以下不足之处:
1、微波穿刺治疗探头的天线杆的杆温比较高,一般在60℃以上,容易烫伤表面皮肤和损伤人体正常组织,病人在治疗过程中感到痛苦。
2、现有的微波探头凝固肿瘤的范围比较小,一般只能处理一些小病灶,给临床的应用带来很大的局限性。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述不足之处提供一种低杆温微波穿刺治疗探头,在微波探头上设置有冷却装置,使微波探头的杆温大大降低,可以到10℃以下,提高了肿瘤凝固范围,消除治疗拖尾现象,增加了肿瘤的治疗种类,减少了病人在临床手术中的痛苦。
低杆温微波穿刺治疗探头是采取以下方案实现的:低杆温微波穿刺治疗探头结构包括微波传输线、手柄、套管或套杆、冷媒管、微波发射天线、微波发射窗。微波发射窗位于微波发射天线的前端,微波发射天线外部套装有套管或套杆。套管或套杆固定在手柄上,套管或套杆内装有冷媒管,冷媒管与冷媒输入管相连,套管或套杆设有冷媒出口,冷媒出口连接有冷媒输出管。手柄后部装有微波传输线,微波传输线经手柄与微波发射天线相连接。
工作时,微波传输线通过接头与微波穿刺治疗仪连通,将微波发射窗插入肿瘤等病变组织内,发射微波,使病变组织发热凝固、变性坏死。在治疗过程中,微波发射天线本身温度会升高,再加上前端组织发热的热传导共同作用,使得治疗探头的金属套管或套杆温度上升。以前在穿刺治疗过程中,因杆温过烫会导致正常组织受到损伤,从而使有些手术无法安全进行。由于本实用新型低杆温微波穿刺治疗探头设置有冷媒管等冷却装置,在手术过程中通入冷媒(冷媒可采用高压气体或冷却水等),使杆温降低,可降低到10℃以下,在手术过程中,不会损伤正常组织,消除治疗拖尾现象。从而保证了手术安全性,减少了病人的痛苦。采用本实用新型治疗探头,可大大提高肿瘤凝固范围,减少医务人员工作量,增加肿瘤的治疗种类,可用于肝癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌、子宫肌瘤等肿瘤、病变部位的穿刺治疗。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、2,低杆温微波穿刺治疗探头结构包括微波传输线8、手柄5、金属套管或套杆3、冷媒管4、微波发射天线2、微波发射窗1。微波发射窗1位于微波发射天线的前端2,微波发射天线2外部套装有金属套管或套杆3。金属套管或套杆3固定在手柄5上,金属套管或套杆内装有冷媒管4,冷媒管4与冷媒输入管6相连,金属套管或套杆3设有冷媒出口10,冷媒出口10连接有冷媒输出管7。冷媒管可采用冷媒直管4、冷媒盘管10、冷媒U形管11等其中的一种。手柄5后部装有微波传输线8,微波传输线8经手柄5与微波发射天线2相连接。微波传输线8、冷媒输入管6、冷媒输出管7可采用外套管9套装在一起。

1、一种低杆温微波穿刺治疗探头,具有微波传输线、手柄、微波发射天线、微波发射窗,微波发射窗位于微波发射天线的前端,手柄后部装有微波传输线,微波传输线经手柄与微波发射天线相连,其特征在于微波发射天线外部套装有套管或套杆,套管或套杆固定在手柄上,在套管或套杆内装有冷媒管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的低杆温微波穿刺治疗探头,其特征在于冷媒管采用冷媒直管、冷媒盘管、冷媒U形管中的一种。
