本实用新型属于一种医疗器械,具体是一种具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置。
背景技术
现有技术中微波在疾病治疗中的应用越来越多了,例如在静脉曲张的治疗中,采用微波血管内烧灼方法治疗:血管内烧灼治疗:在膝盖或足踝内侧做小切口,放入极细的套管,用微波烧灼、阻断曲张的静脉血流。单纯的血管内烧灼治疗手术有可在局部麻醉情况下进行、不必住院、疤痕与疼痛较少、治疗后绑上弹绷就可走动回家,成功率高等优点。
现有技术中的微波治疗装置多采用一根套管,套管的顶端连接微波辐射器,微波辐射器的与微波源之间的导线设在套管内的结构。但是由于微波本身的特点,微波头的导线部分周围也会发热,而灼伤健康的人体组织。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,具体技术方案如下:
一种具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,包括套管、微波辐射器和微波主机,微波辐射器设在套管的顶端;微波辐射器通过穿过套管的导线和微波主机连接;所述套管的与微波辐射器连接一端是密封的,套管的未与微波辐射器连接一端也是密封的;导线在套管内的部分的外壁是绝缘的;在套管上还设有冷却剂输入口和冷却剂输出口。在使用时,只要把本装置的冷却剂输入口和冷却剂输出口接入冷却循环装置即可。
还包括高频接头,高频接头设在套管的尾端;高频接头一端与微波辐射器之间通过套管内的导线连接;高频接头另一端与微波主机连接。
所述冷却剂输入口连接有冷却剂输入管,所述冷却剂输出口连接有冷却剂输出管;冷却剂输入管和冷却剂输出管伸入套管内。所述冷却剂输入管伸入套管内的尾部,所述冷却剂输出管伸入套管内的顶部。使冷却的效果显著。所述套管的管体成韧性。冷却剂输入管和冷却剂输出管与之对应成韧性。
所述套管长度是100~120mm、外径是1.2~1.4mm、内径是1.0±0.01mm,适用于浅表静脉等处的手术。
所述微波辐射器的头部尖锐,可以容易的刺入人体。所述套管的尾端还设有手柄,方便医生手持。所述微波主机输出微波的频率是2450±30MHz,适用于医疗。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型解决了微波治疗中容易灼伤健康的人体组织的问题。并且本实用新型结构简单,可以很容易对现有技术中的微波治疗装置进行改进,从而节约了成本。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
一种具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,包括套管、微波辐射器和微波主机,微波辐射器设在套管的顶端;微波辐射器通过穿过套管的导线和微波主机连接;所述套管的与微波辐射器连接一端是密封的。未与微波辐射器连接一端也是密封的;导线在套管内的部分的外壁是绝缘的;在套管上还设有冷却剂输入口和冷却剂输出口。在使用时,只要把本装置的冷却剂输入口和冷却剂输出口接入冷却水循环装置即可。还包括高频接头,高频接头设在套管的尾端;高频接头一端与微波辐射器之间通过套管内的导线连接;高频接头另一端与微波主机连接。所述冷却剂输入口连接有冷却剂输入管,所述冷却剂输出口连接有冷却剂输出管;冷却剂输入管和冷却剂输出管伸入套管内。所述冷却剂输入管伸入套管内的尾部,所述冷却剂输出管伸入套管内的顶部。使冷却的效果显著。所述套管的管体成刚性或韧性(用医用不锈钢等金属或医用塑料制成)。冷却剂输入管和冷却剂输出管与之对应成刚性或韧性。所述套管长度是100~120mm、外径是1.2~1.4mm、内径是1.0±0.01mm,适用于浅表静脉等处的手术。所述微波辐射器的头部尖锐,可以容易的刺入人体。所述微波辐射器的头部圆滑,不易伤害血管。所述套管的尾端还设有手柄,方便医生手持。所述微波主机输出微波的频率是2450MHz,适用于医疗。
应用本装置在浅表静脉封闭手术中,步骤和现有技术中的步骤相同,只要把本装置的冷却剂输入口和冷却剂输出口接入冷却循环装置,手术时开启冷却循环装置即可。冷却剂选用水,冷却循环装置可以采用蠕动泵,利用蠕动泵将水在套管内循环,带走套管的热量。本实用新型的工作原理是,
1、血管封闭:通过套管里的高频同轴电缆(即微波天线),将微波主机(微波源)发射出的微波传输到患者病灶部位。微波辐射器利用微波的热效应将病灶血管封闭。
2、冷循环:在早期的产品中,没有运用冷循环技术。在临床中经常发现,由于微波的发射,使的套管温度很高,灼伤套管周围好的组织,病人感觉痛苦。通过冷循环技术,用蠕动泵将水在套管中循环,带走套管的热量,将套管的温度控制在于人体温相近,避免灼伤套管周围的组织,病人在治疗时也没有痛苦的感觉,其到保护作用。

Claims (9)

1、一种具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,包括套管、微波辐射器和微波主机,微波辐射器设在套管的顶端;微波辐射器通过穿过套管的导线和微波主机连接;所述套管的与微波辐射器连接一端是密封的,其特征是套管的未与微波辐射器连接一端也是密封的;导线在套管内的部分的外壁是绝缘的;在套管上还设有冷却剂输入口和冷却剂输出口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,其特征是还包括高频接头,高频接头设在套管的尾端;高频接头一端与微波辐射器之间通过套管内的导线连接;高频接头另一端与微波主机连接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,其特征是所述冷却剂输入口连接有冷却剂输入管,所述冷却剂输出口连接有冷却剂输出管;冷却剂输入管和冷却剂输出管伸入套管内。
4、根据权利要求3所述的具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,其特征是所述冷却剂输入管伸入套管内的尾部,所述冷却剂输出管伸入套管内的顶部。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,其特征是所述套管的管体成刚性或韧性;冷却剂输入管和冷却剂输出管成刚性或韧性。
6、根据权利要求5所述的具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,其特征是所述套管长度是100~120mm、外径是1.2~1.4mm、内径是1.0±0.01mm。
7、根据权利要求5所述的具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,其特征是所述微波辐射器的头部尖锐。
8、根据权利要求1或2所述的具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,其特征是所述套管的尾端还设有手柄。
9、根据权利要求8所述的具有冷循环的静脉曲张治疗装置,其特征是所述微波主机输出微波的频率是2450±30MHz。
