Description

Claims (6)
- 基板上に保持された試料の少なくとも一部の自動化処置のための方法であって、前記方法が、
a.前記基板上の前記試料の画像を得るステップと、
b.前記基板上の前記試料の位置を自動的に突き止めるステップであって、前記試料がパラフィン埋め込み試料を含み、前記基板上の前記試料の位置を自動的に突き止めるステップが、パラフィン切片の内前記パラフィン埋め込み試料を含有する部分を自動的に検出するステップを含む、ステップと、
c.前記基板上の前記試料の前記位置に流体を注出するステップと、
を含み、前記流体が脱パラフィン化流体を含み、当該方法が更に、
前記基板上の前記試料の位置から、前記試料の2つ以上の別個の小部分を選択するステップと、
前記試料の前記2つ以上の別個の選択された小部分上にあるパラフィンを溶解するために、前記試料の前記2つ以上の別個の選択された小部分に前記脱パラフィン化流体を注出するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記流体を注出するステップが、前記パラフィン切片の内前記パラフィン埋め込み試料を含有する前記部分に実質的に前記脱パラフィン化流体を注出するステップを更に含み、
当該方法が更に、前記パラフィン切片の内前記パラフィン埋め込み試料を含有する前記部分から実質的に前記脱パラフィン化流体を除去し、前記試料を実質的に包囲する前記パラフィン内にウェルを形成するために前記試料周囲の前記基板上にパラフィンを残すステップを含み、
前記脱パラフィン化流体を注出するステップおよび前記脱パラフィン化流体を除去するステップが、同時に実行される、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、更に、前記試料の前記2つ以上の別個の小部分から前記脱パラフィン化流体を除去し、前記試料の前記2つ以上の別個の小部分周囲にあるパラフィン内に2つ以上の別個のウェルを形成するステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記試料の2つ以上の別個の小部分を選択するステップが、前記試料が得られた同じ試料ブロックのH&E染色連続切片の画像から、2つ以上の別個の小部分を選択して、前記連続切片の形態学的特徴を明らかにするステップと、前記連続切片からの前記形態学的特徴を前記基板上の前記試料にマッピングするステップとを含む、方法。
- 請求項4記載の方法において、前記連続切片からマッピングされた前記試料の前記2つ以上の別個の小部分が、前記試料の異なる形態学的特徴と一致するように選択される、方法。
- 請求項4記載の方法において、前記連続切片からマッピングされた前記試料の前記2つ以上の別個の小部分が、陽性対照および陰性対照の内少なくとも1つを供給するため、更に、前記陽性対照および前記陰性対照の内前記少なくとも1つとの比較のために、前記試料の少なくとも1つの小部分を供給するために選択される、方法。
