Description
x[BimFeO3]‐y[BanTiO3] (1)
(BixmBayn)(FexTiy)O3 (2)
出発原料として、Bi2O3の粉末、Fe2O3の粉末、BaCO3の粉末及びTiO2の粉末の粉末が用いられた。出発原料の全体におけるBi,Fe,Ba及びTiのモル比が、下記化学式1におけるBi,Fe,Ba及びTiのモル比に一致するように、BaCO3、TiO2、Bi2O3及びFe2O3が秤量された。実施例A1の場合、化学式A1中のx、y、m及びnの値は、下記表1に示される値であった。

Claims (8)
- ペロブスカイト構造を有する酸化物を含む圧電組成物であって、
前記酸化物が、ビスマス、バリウム、鉄、及びチタンを含み、
分極処理後の前記圧電組成物のX線回折パターンは、回折角2θが38.6°以上39.6°以下である範囲において、第一ピーク及び第二ピークを有し、
前記第一ピークの回折角2θは、前記第二ピークの回折角2θよりも小さく、
前記第一ピークの強度が、ILと表され、
前記第二ピークの強度が、IHと表され、
IH/ILが、0.10以上1.52以下である、
圧電組成物。 - 少なくとも一部の前記酸化物が、x[BimFeO3]‐y[BanTiO3]と表され、
xが、0.6以上0.8以下であり、
yが、0.2以上0.4以下であり、
x+yが、1であり、
mが、0.96以上1.06以下であり、
nが、0.96以上1.06以下である、
請求項1に記載の圧電組成物。 - mが、1.02以上1.05以下であり、
nが、1.02以上1.05以下である、
請求項2に記載の圧電組成物。 - 前記酸化物の少なくとも一部が、菱面体晶である、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の圧電組成物。 - ビスマス及び鉄を含む酸化物の菱面体晶を含む、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の圧電組成物。 - 圧電定数d 33 が、150pC/N以上である、
請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の圧電組成物。 - 脱分極温度T d は、昇温過程において前記分極処理後の前記圧電組成物の圧電定数d 33 がゼロになる瞬間の前記圧電組成物の温度であり、
前記脱分極温度T d が、200℃以上である、
請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の圧電組成物。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の圧電組成物を備える、
圧電素子。
