Description
前記MnCryO(x+1.5y)、MnAlyO(x+1.5y)、MnZryO(x+2y)、MnInyO(x+1.5y)、ZnCryO(1+1.5y)、ZnAlyO(1+1.5y)、ZnGayO(1+1.5y)、ZnInyO(2+1.5y)、CoAlyO(1+1.5y)、FeAlyO(1+1.5y)、InyAlzMnO(x+1.5y+1.5z)、InyGazMnO(x+1.5y+1.5z)の比表面積は5~150m2/gである。
(一)、沈降法による高比表面積を有するZnO材料の合成
(1)1部あたり0.446g(1.5mmol)のZn(NO3)2・6H2Oを3部秤取し、3つの容器に加え、さらに0.795g(7.5mmol)、1.272g(12mmol)、1.908g(18mmol)のNaCO3をそれぞれ秤取して上記3つの容器に順に加え、次いで30mlの脱イオン水をそれぞれ量り取って3つの容器に加え、70℃で0.5h以上攪拌して溶液を均一に混合し、室温まで自然冷却する。反応液を遠心分離して遠心分離後の沈澱物を収集し、脱イオン水で2回洗浄してZnO金属酸化物の前駆体を得る。
製造過程は上記ZnO2と同様であるが、相違点は、Znの前駆体に代えて、Mnの前駆体を用いることであり、Mnの前駆体は硝酸マンガン、塩化マンガン、酢酸マンガンのうちの1種でもよく、ここでは、硝酸マンガンを用い、対応する生成物はMnOxと定義し、x=1であり、比表面積は43m2/gである。
製造過程は上記ZnO2と同様であるが、相違点は、Znの前駆体に代えて、Ceの前駆体を用いることであり、Ceの前駆体は硝酸セリウム、塩化セリウム、酢酸セリウムのうちの1種でもよく、ここでは、硝酸セリウムを用い、対応する生成物はCeO2と定義し、比表面積は92m2/gである。
製造過程は上記ZnO2と同様であるが、相違点は、Znの前駆体に代えて、Gaの前駆体を用いることであり、Gaの前駆体は硝酸ガリウム、塩化ガリウム、酢酸ガリウムのうちの1種でもよく、ここでは、硝酸ガリウムを用い、対応する生成物はGa2O3と定義し、比表面積は55m2/gである。
製造過程は上記ZnO2と同様であるが、相違点は、Znの前駆体に代えて、Biの前駆体を用いることであり、Biの前駆体は硝酸ビスマス、塩化ビスマス、酢酸ビスマスのうちの1種でもよく、ここでは、硝酸ビスマスを用い、対応する生成物はBi2O3と定義し、比表面積は87m2/gである。
製造過程は上記ZnO2と同様であるが、相違点は、Znの前駆体に代えて、Inの前駆体を用いることであり、Inの前駆体は硝酸インジウム、塩化インジウム、酢酸インジウムのうちの1種でもよく、ここでは、硝酸インジウムを用い、対応する生成物はIn2O3と定義し、比表面積は52m2/gである。
硝酸亜鉛、硝酸アルミニウム、硝酸クロム、硝酸マンガン、硝酸ジルコニウム、硝酸ガリウム、硝酸インジウム、硝酸コバルト及び硝酸鉄を前駆体として用い、室温で炭酸アンモニウムと水中で混合し(ここで、炭酸アンモニウムを沈殿剤とし、仕込み比は、炭酸アンモニウムが過量であるか又は好ましくはアンモニウムイオンと金属イオンとの比が1:1である)、その混合液をエージングした後、取り出して洗浄、ろ過、乾燥し、得られた固体を空気雰囲気下で焙焼し、高比表面積の金属酸化物を得る。具体的なサンプル及びその製造条件は下記の表2に示す。
分散剤Cr2O3、Al2O3又はZrO2を担体とし、沈澱堆積法によりCr2O3、Al2O3又はZrO2で分散した金属酸化物を製造する。分散ZnOの製造を例とすると、市販のCr2O3(比表面積が約5m2/gである)、Al2O3(比表面積が約20m2/g)又はZrO2(比表面積が約10m2/g)は担体として事前に水に分散し、次いで硝酸亜鉛を原料として、沈殿剤である水酸化ナトリウムと室温で混合して沈澱させ、Zn2+のモル濃度は0.067Mであり、Zn2+と沈殿剤とのモル比は1:8であり、その後、160℃で24時間エージングし、Cr2O3、Al2O3又はZrO2を担体として分散したZnO(成分Iにおける分散剤の含有量は順に0.1wt%、20wt%、85wt%である)を得る。得られたサンプルは空気中で、500℃で1h焙焼し、生成物は順に分散酸化物1~3として定義され、その比表面積は順に148m2/g、115m2/g、127m2/gである。
前記TON又はAEL又はMTT又はMREトポロジー構造の分子ふるいは、一次元10員環チャンネルを有する。
酸化物SiO2:Al2O3:H3PO4:R:H2O=4:10:10:9:300(質量比)に従って原料である30%(質量濃度)のシリカゾル、アルミニウムイソプロポキシド、リン酸、DPA及び/又はDIPA(R)、脱イオン水を秤取し、室温で混合した後で、テンプレート剤である0.5倍のモル量の助剤HFを添加し、30℃で攪拌しながらエージングし、2h後に水熱釜に移し、200℃で24h結晶化させる。水浴で室温に急速冷却し、上清液のpHが7になるまで遠心分離と洗浄を繰り返し、沈澱物を110℃で17h乾燥した後、600℃、空気中で3h焙焼し、多段孔構造の珪素・リン・アルミニウム無機固体酸を得る。
酸化物SiO2:Al2O3:K2O:R:H2O=70:1:7.5:25:500(質量比)に従って原料である30%(質量濃度)のシリカゾル、硫酸アルミニウム、水酸化カリウム、HDA(R)、脱イオン水を秤取し、室温で混合した後で、テンプレート剤である0.5倍のモル量の助剤HFを添加し、30℃で攪拌しながらエージングし、2h後に水熱釜に移し、180℃で48h結晶化させる。水浴で室温に急速冷却し、上清液のpHが7になるまで遠心分離と洗浄を繰り返し、沈澱物を110℃で17h乾燥した後、600℃、空気中で3h焙焼し、多段孔構造の分子ふるいを得る。
0.4gの硫酸アルミニウムを60.75gの水に溶かし、0.26gのNaOHと2.4gのピリジンを加えた上、4.5gのシリカ白を加える。2h攪拌した後、テトラフルオロエチレンライナー水熱釜に移し、160℃で3日結晶化させる。生成物を遠心分離、洗浄、乾燥、焙焼して、1Mの硝酸アンモニウム溶液において70℃で2hイオン交換した後、再び遠心分離、洗浄、乾燥、焙焼して生成物を得る。
PMBr2はテンプレート剤とし、0.15gの硝酸アルミニウムを17.93gの水に溶かし、0.64gの50wt%の水酸化ナトリウムを加え、1.24gのテンプレート剤を加える。最後に4.96gのTEOS(オルトケイ酸テトラエチル)を加えて2h攪拌し、45mlの水熱釜に移し、160℃、37rpmの条件下で7日間回転して結晶化させる。生成物を急速に冷却した後、遠心分離、洗浄、乾燥、焙焼する。同様に、1Mの硝酸アンモニウム溶液を用いて70℃で2hイオン交換した後、再び遠心分離、洗浄、乾燥、焙焼して生成物を得る。
成分Iと成分IIを所定の割合で容器に入れ、これらの材料及び/又は容器の高速運動による押圧力、衝撃力、剪断力、摩擦力などのうちの1種又は2種以上の作用により、分離、破砕、均一混合などの目的を達成し、温度とキャリアガスの雰囲気を調整することで機械的エネルギー、熱エネルギー、化学エネルギーの転換を実現し、さらに異なる成分間の相互作用を調整する。
a)窒素ガス及び/又は不活性ガス。
b)水素ガスと窒素ガス及び/又は不活性ガスの混合ガスであって、混合ガスにおける水素ガスの体積が5~50%である。
c)COと窒素ガス及び/又は不活性ガスの混合ガスであって、混合ガスにおけるCOの体積が5~20%である。
d)O2と窒素ガス及び/又は不活性ガスの混合ガスであって、混合ガスにおけるO2の体積が5~20%であり、前記不活性ガスがヘリウム、アルゴン、ネオンのうちの1種又は2種以上である。
固定床反応を例とするが、触媒は移動床反応器にも適用できる。該装置には気体質量流量計、オンライン生成物分析クロマトグラフィー(反応器の排気ガスはクロマトグラフィーの定量バルブに直接接続され、周期的及びリアルタイムのサンプリング及び分析を行う)が配置されている。

前記MnCryO(x+1.5y)、MnAlyO(x+1.5y)、MnZryO(x+2y)、MnInyO(x+1.5y)、ZnCryO(1+1.5y)、ZnAlyO(1+1.5y)、ZnGayO(1+1.5y)、ZnInyO(2+1.5y)、CoAlyO(1+1.5y)、FeAlyO(1+1.5y)、InyAlzMnO(x+1.5y+1.5z)、InyGazMnO(x+1.5y+1.5z)の比表面積は5~150m2/gであることを特徴とする触媒。
前記一次元10員環チャンネル分子ふるいはTON又はAEL又はMTT又はMREトポロジー構造を有する分子ふるいであり、前記分子ふるいの骨格元素の組成はSi-O、Si-Al-O、Si-Al-P-O、Al-P-O、Ga-P-O、Ga-Si-Al-O、Zn-Al-P-O、Mg-Al-P-O、Co-Al-P-Oからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、前記一次元10員環チャンネル分子ふるいはSAPO-11、ZSM-22、ZSM-23、ZSM-48からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする付記1に記載の触媒。
前記成分Iにおける前記活性成分と前記成分IIとの重量比は0.1~20、好ましくは0.3~5であることを特徴とする付記1に記載の触媒。
前記成分Iには分散剤をさらに添加し、前記金属酸化物は前記分散剤に分散され、前記分散剤はAl2O3、SiO2、Cr2O3、ZrO2、TiO2、Ga2O3、活性炭、グラフェン、カーボンナノチューブのうちの1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする付記1に記載の触媒。
前記AELトポロジー構造の分子ふるいは中強酸特性を有し、中強酸サイトの量は0.05~0.5mol/kg、好ましくは0.05~0.4mol/kg、より好ましくは0.05~0.3mol/kgであり、前記TON、MTT及びMREトポロジー構造の分子ふるいは中強酸特性を有し、中強酸サイトの量は0.005~0.6mol/kg、好ましくは0.005~0.4mol/kg、より好ましくは0.005~0.2mol/kgであり、
その中、中強酸に対応するNH3-TPDの脱着ピークのピーク位置に対応する温度範囲が200~500℃であり、アセトンをプローブ分子とする、その13C-NMRの化学シフトは210~220ppmの範囲にあることを特徴とする付記2に記載の触媒。
前記分子ふるいの骨格のO元素にはHが結合していても、結合していなくてもよく、且つ前記Hの全部又は一部は、イオン交換によりNa、Mg、K、Mn、Ag、Mo、Cr、Fe、Co、Ca、Pt、Pd、Ti、Zn、Ga、Ba、Geのうちの1種又は2種以上で置換されていてもよく、置換後、金属と酸素との総モル比は0.0002~0.02であることを特徴とする付記2に記載の触媒。
前記成分Iにおける前記分散剤の含有量は0.05~90wt%であり、残りは前記金属酸化物であることを特徴とする付記4に記載の触媒。
合成ガスを反応原料として、固定床又は移動床で転化反応を行うものであり、用いられる触媒は付記1~7のいずれか1つに記載の触媒であることを特徴とする合成ガスからの直接転化による液体燃料の製造方法。
前記合成ガスの圧力は0.5~10MPa、好ましくは1~8MPaであり、反応温度は300~600℃、好ましくは320~450℃であり、対気速度が300~12000h-1、好ましくは1000~9000h-1、より好ましくは3000~9000h-1であり、前記合成ガスはH2/CO混合ガスであり、H2/COの比は0.2~3.5、好ましくは0.3~2.5であることを特徴とする付記8に記載の方法。
合成ガスを反応原料として、ワンステップ法の直接転化により液体燃料を製造し、液体燃料の選択性は50~80%であり、C5-C11中のアレーンの選択性は40%未満であり、副生成物であるメタンの選択性は15%未満であることを特徴とする付記8に記載の方法。

- 合成ガスからの直接転化によるC 5 -C 11 留分を含む液体燃料を製造する反応に用いられる触媒であって、
前記合成ガスはH 2 /CO混合ガスであり、
成分Iと成分IIを含み、前記成分Iと前記成分IIは機械的混合により複合され、前記成分Iの活性成分が金属酸化物であり、前記成分IIが一次元(1D)10員環チャンネル分子ふるいであり、
前記金属酸化物はMnOx、MnCryO(x+1.5y)、MnAlyO(x+1.5y)、MnZryO(x+2y)、MnInyO(x+1.5y)、ZnO、ZnCryO(1+1.5y)、ZnAlyO(1+1.5y)、ZnGayO(1+1.5y)、ZnInyO(2+1.5y)、CeO2、CoAlyO(1+1.5y)、FeAlyO(1+1.5y)、Ga2O3、Bi2O3、In2O3、InyAlzMnO(x+1.5y+1.5z)、InyGazMnO(x+1.5y+1.5z)からなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、前記xの数値範囲は1~3.5であり、前記yの数値範囲は0.1~10であり、前記zの数値範囲は0.1~10であり、

前記一次元10員環チャンネル分子ふるいはTON又はAEL又はMTT又はMREトポロジー構造を有する分子ふるいであり、前記AELトポロジー構造の分子ふるいは中強酸特性を有し、中強酸サイトの量は0.05~0.5mol/kgであり、前記TON、MTT及びMREトポロジー構造の分子ふるいは中強酸特性を有し、中強酸サイトの量は0.005~0.6mol/kgであることを特徴とする触媒。 - 前記分子ふるいの骨格元素の組成はSi-O、Si-Al-O、Si-Al-P-O、Al-P-O、Ga-P-O、Ga-Si-Al-O、Zn-Al-P-O、Mg-Al-P-O、Co-Al-P-Oからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、前記一次元10員環チャンネル分子ふるいはSAPO-11、ZSM-22、ZSM-23、ZSM-48からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 前記成分Iにおける前記活性成分と前記成分IIとの重量比は0.1~20、好ましくは0.3~5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 前記成分Iには分散剤をさらに添加し、前記金属酸化物は前記分散剤に分散され、前記分散剤はAl2O3、SiO2、Cr2O3、ZrO2、TiO2、Ga2O3、活性炭、グラフェン、カーボンナノチューブのうちの1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 前記AELトポロジー構造の分子ふるいは中強酸特性を有し、中強酸サイトの量は0.05~0.4mol/kg、好ましくは0.05~0.3mol/kgであり、前記TON、MTT及びMREトポロジー構造の分子ふるいは中強酸特性を有し、中強酸サイトの量は0.005~0.4mol/kg、好ましくは0.005~0.2mol/kgであり、
その中、中強酸に対応するNH3-TPDの脱着ピークのピーク位置に対応する温度範囲が200~500℃であり、アセトンをプローブ分子とする、その13C-NMRの化学シフトは210~220ppmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の触媒。 - 前記分子ふるいの骨格のO元素にはHが結合していても、結合していなくてもよく、且つ前記Hの全部又は一部は、イオン交換によりNa、Mg、K、Mn、Ag、Mo、Cr、Fe、Co、Ca、Pt、Pd、Ti、Zn、Ga、Ba、Geのうちの1種又は2種以上で置換されていてもよく、置換後、金属と酸素との総モル比は0.0002~0.02であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の触媒。
- 前記成分Iにおける前記分散剤の含有量は0.05~90wt%であり、残りは前記金属酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の触媒。
- 合成ガスを反応原料として、固定床又は移動床で転化反応を行うものであり、用いられる触媒は請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の触媒であることを特徴とする合成ガスからの直接転化による液体燃料の製造方法。
- 前記合成ガスの圧力は0.5~10MPa、好ましくは1~8MPaであり、反応温度は300~600℃、好ましくは320~450℃であり、対気速度が300~12000h-1、好ましくは1000~9000h-1、より好ましくは3000~9000h-1であり、前記合成ガスはH2/CO混合ガスであり、H2/COの比は0.2~3.5、好ましくは0.3~2.5であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 合成ガスを反応原料として、ワンステップ法の直接転化により液体燃料を製造し、液体燃料の選択性は50~80%であり、C5-C11中のアレーンの選択性は40%未満であり、副生成物であるメタンの選択性は15%未満であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
