Description
Claims (3)
- 合成繊維からなる一方の糸と他方の糸との糸継ぎを行う合繊糸用スプライサであって、
前記一方の糸及び前記他方の糸が挿通可能である空間を形成する通路と、前記通路に連通しており、前記一方の糸及び前記他方の糸を前記通路の貫通方向と直交する挿入方向から前記通路に挿入可能とするスリットと、前記通路に開口すると共に流体を噴射する噴射孔と、を有する糸継部と、
前記通路の貫通方向において前記糸継部の前記通路を挟む位置に設けられ、前記空間に挿通される前記一方の糸及び前記他方の糸のそれぞれを挟持する一対の挟持機構と、を備え、
一対の前記挟持機構のそれぞれは、前記一方の糸及び前記他方の糸のそれぞれを挟持する一対の挟持部材を有する挟持部を備えており、
前記通路は、前記通路の貫通方向から見て円形状を呈しており、
前記噴射孔は、前記通路の貫通方向及び前記挿入方向に直交し且つ前記通路の中心を通る第1直線上に配置されており、
一対の前記挟持機構は、前記通路の貫通方向から見て、前記一方の糸及び前記他方の糸の一対の挟持位置を結ぶ直線が前記通路の所定領域に位置するように、前記一方の糸及び前記他方の糸を挟持し、
前記所定領域は、前記第1直線に対して前記スリットとは反対側で、且つ、前記挿入方向に沿い且つ前記中心を通る第2直線に対して前記噴射孔とは反対側の領域であり、前記中心からの距離が0.5mmである第1円弧と、前記通路の内周面からの距離が0.3mmである第2円弧との間の領域である、合繊糸用スプライサ。 - 前記通路の直径がφ3.5mm以上φ6.0mm以下であり、
前記噴射孔の直径がφ1.0mm以上φ1.3mm以下である、請求項1に記載の合繊糸用スプライサ。 - 一対の前記挟持機構のそれぞれは、前記挟持部を支持する支持部を備え、
前記支持部は、前記糸継部と前記挟持部との間に配置されていると共に、前記挟持部に挟持される前記一方の糸及び前記他方の糸が当接する当接面を有している、請求項1又は2に記載の合繊糸用スプライサ。
