Claims (6)
- 鉄-銅合金鋳塊であって、
銅を5~13原子%含み、残部をFe及び不可避的不純物とする成分組成を有し、
(a)熱伝導率 70W/m・K以上、
(b)引張強度 300N/mm2以上、
(c)ブリネル硬度 100HB以上
を呈することを特徴とする鉄-銅合金鋳塊。 - 前記不可避的不純物の総量は0.1原子%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の鉄-銅合金鋳塊。
- 銅を5~13原子%含み、残部をFe及び不可避的不純物とする成分組成を有し、
(a)熱伝導率 70W/m・K以上、
(b)引張強度 300N/mm2以上、
(c)ブリネル硬さ 100HB以上
を呈する鉄-銅合金鋳塊の製造方法であって、
ケイ酸ジルコニウム及びアルミニウムからなる炭素及び酸素を吸収する多孔性の不純物吸収層を内面に与えられた高周波溶解炉に合金原料である鉄及び銅を投入し1520~1650℃で攪拌を行わせながら溶解させ、前記高周波溶解炉の電源を遮断し1450~1520℃に維持しつつ放置し安定化させてからインゴットに鋳造することを特徴とする鉄-銅合金鋳塊の製造方法。 - Al及び/又はTiからなる脱酸剤を含むフラックスを与えて溶解させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の鉄-銅合金鋳塊の製造方法。
- 前記不純物吸収層は粉末状のケイ酸ジルコニウム及びアルミニウムに樹脂を加えて前記内面に与えられて、焼成されて樹脂を除去し前記多孔性を与えられることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の鉄-銅合金鋳塊の製造方法。
- 体積比で同量の鉄及び銅を溶解後、鉄を追加投入して溶解させて前記成分組成を与えることを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のうちの1つに記載の鉄-銅合金鋳塊の製造方法。
