Description
実施形態に係る電池パック1について説明する。電池パック1は、例えば、電気車両(EV)、ハイブリッド車両(HEV)、プラグインハイブリッド車両(PHEV)等の車両に搭載される。電池パック1は、例えば、これらの車両のモータ等の駆動源に電力を供給する電源である。電池パック1は、図1、図2、図3、図4、図6に示すように、筐体10と、複数の電池モジュール20と、複数のモジュール用バスバ30とを備える。
次に、実施形態の変形例について説明する。連結部33は、溶融体が凝固した凝固部33aを含んで構成される例について説明したが、これに限定されない。連結部33は、例えば、締結用の開口部を有するナット及び当該開口部に挿入され締結されるボルトを有するねじ締結部を含んで構成されてもよい。また、連結部33は、第1端子を有するオスコネクタ及び当該オスコネクタに嵌合され第1端子に電気的に接続される第2端子を有するメスコネクタを有するコネクタ連結部を含んで構成されてもよい。
実施形態に係る電池パック1の参考例について説明する。参考例に係る電池パック(図示省略)は、複数の電池セル21aを含んで構成される電池集合体21の代わりに1つの電池セル1aを含んで構成される電池体を用いる点で実施形態の電池パック1と異なる。参考例は、実施形態と同等の構成要素には同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- それぞれが並列接続される複数の電池セルを含んで構成され正極と負極とが対向する高さ方向に沿って立設される電池集合体であって前記高さ方向に直交する第1方向に沿って偶数個配列される複数の電池集合体、及び、前記第1方向に沿って隣合う前記電池集合体同士を直列に接続する電池集合体用バスバを含んで構成される複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールの前記高さ方向の一方側と他方側とのうち、前記一方側に設けられ且つ前記他方側に設けられず、前記複数の電池モジュールにおいて隣り合う前記電池モジュール同士を直列に接続するモジュール用バスバと、を備え、
前記モジュール用バスバは、隣り合う前記電池モジュールにおいて一方側の前記電池モジュールに設けられた第1モジュール用バスバ、他方側の前記電池モジュールに設けられ前記第1モジュール用バスバとは異なる第2モジュール用バスバ、及び、前記第1モジュール用バスバ及び前記第2モジュール用バスバを連結する連結部を含んで構成され、
前記連結部は、溶融体が凝固した凝固部を含んで構成されることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記複数の電池モジュールは、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に沿って配列される請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1モジュール用バスバは、第1連結対向面を含んで構成され、
前記第2モジュール用バスバは、第2連結対向面を含んで構成され、
前記連結部は、前記第1連結対向面及び前記第2連結対向面が対向した状態で前記第1モジュール用バスバ及び前記第2モジュール用バスバを連結する請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。
