Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一つの電池セルを含むセル組立体、
前記セル組立体の一面をカバーし、少なくとも一つの角部にヒンジピンを有する上部プレート、および
前記セル組立体の前記一面に隣接する他面をカバーし、前記ヒンジピンと結合するヒンジ結合部を含んで前記上部プレートと結合されるバスバーフレームを含み、
前記ヒンジ結合部は、前記ヒンジピンが安着されるヒンジピン安着部と、前記ヒンジピン安着部と結合されたヒンジピンカバー部であって、前記ヒンジピン安着部と共に前記ヒンジピン安着部に安着された前記ヒンジピンを覆うヒンジピンカバー部とを含み、
前記ヒンジピンおよび前記ヒンジ結合部のうちのいずれか一方は結合突起部を含み、残りの他方は前記結合突起部に対応する結合溝部を含み、
前記ヒンジピンカバー部は、前記ヒンジピンを完全に覆い、
前記ヒンジピン安着部と前記ヒンジピンカバー部は、スナップフィット(snap fit)構造により結合される、電池モジュール。 - 前記結合溝部は、メイン結合溝部、および前記メイン結合溝部と離隔した予備結合溝部を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒンジピンは、前記結合突起部を含み、前記ヒンジ結合部は、前記メイン結合溝部および前記予備結合溝部を含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒンジ結合部は、断面形状が円形であり、前記メイン結合溝部と前記予備結合溝部の離隔距離は、前記円形の円弧の1/4以下である、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒンジ結合部により前記バスバーフレームは前記上部プレートに回動可能に結合される、請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記結合突起部と前記メイン結合溝部の結合により前記バスバーフレームの回動が制限される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記結合突起部と前記メイン結合溝部が結合された状態で前記バスバーフレームは前記上部プレートと垂直に結合される、請求項5または6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記結合突起部と前記予備結合溝部が結合された予備結合状態で前記セル組立体が前記上部プレートの下部に安着し、前記バスバーフレームが回動して前記バスバーフレームが前記セル組立体の一面を覆うように組み立てられる、請求項5乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上部プレートの上面に形成された軟性印刷回路基板(FPCB)をさらに含み、
前記軟性印刷回路基板は、前記ヒンジ結合部に隣接して前記上部プレートの一面から前記ヒンジ結合部に隣接する一辺を超えて前記バスバーフレームの一面まで延在して形成される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ヒンジ結合部は、前記結合突起部を含み、前記ヒンジピンは、前記メイン結合溝部および前記予備結合溝部を含む、請求項2乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒンジピンは、断面形状が円形であり、前記メイン結合溝部と前記予備結合溝部の離隔距離は、前記円形の円弧の1/4以下である、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 少なくとも一つの請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール;および
前記少なくとも一つの電池モジュールをパッケージングするパックケース
を含む電池パック。 - 少なくとも一つの請求項12に記載の電池パックを含むデバイス。
