Description

を有するピストンシリンダ装置(1)であって、
前記シリンダ(2)および前記ばね(3)は、前記内側ばねスリーブ(5)および前記外側ばねスリーブ(4)の内側に配置され、また
前記ばね(3)に面する前記内側ばねスリーブ(5)の表面および/または
前記ばね(3)に面する前記外側ばねスリーブ(4)の表面および/または
前記ばね(3)に面する前記シリンダ(2)の表面
がいくつかの溝(6)を有し、前記溝(6)の長手方向軸が、前記ピストンシリンダ装置(1)のストローク経路に平行な軸方向に配向されている

- 前記ばねスリーブ(4、5)は、円筒状スリーブ基部層(9)とスリーブ表面層(10)とを有し、前記溝(6)は、前記スリーブ表面層(10)内に配置され、また前記円筒状スリーブ基部層(9)と前記スリーブ表面層(10)とは異なる材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のピストンシリンダ装置(1)。
- 前記シリンダ(2)は、円筒状シリンダ基部層(11)とシリンダ表面層(12)とを有し、前記溝(6)は、前記シリンダ表面層(12)内に配置され、また前記円筒状シリンダ基部層(11)と前記シリンダ表面層(12)とは異なる材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のピストンシリンダ装置(1)。
- シリンダ(2)と、
前記シリンダ(2)の周りに同心に配置されたばね(3)と、
それぞれが前記ばね(3)の周りに同心に配置される内側ばねスリーブ(5)および外側ばねスリーブ(4)と

射出成形、アディティブ法、またはサブトラクティブ法によって、
前記ばね(3)に面する前記内側ばねスリーブ(5)表面および/または
前記ばね(3)に面する前記外側ばねスリーブ(4)表面および/または
前記ばね(3)に面する前記シリンダ(2)表面
