背景技术
在机动车的排气管路中始终产生振动,其例如由在发动机、涡轮中或在附属机构中的不平衡、由内燃机的呈脉冲状的压力曲线或由与车道不平整和其到底盘(或称为车架,即Fahrgestell)中的反馈相联系的行驶运动引起。

发明内容

减震元件230同轴地布置在处在内部的内部元件220与处在外部的外部元件210之间。通过相对内部元件220和外部元件210的接触,缠绕软管230减震地起作用,且通过其材料的合适选择其防止内部元件220和外部元件210的磨损。
在图2中所示出的几何形状显然还可以以作为减震元件的缠绕软管来实现,其中,该缠绕软管于是可具有圆形的横截面或还可具有非圆的横截面。非圆的横截面优选具有与非圆的内部元件(或者外部元件,如果该外部元件是非圆的)相同的几何形状(椭圆形、三角形、四角形、五角形等等)。此外,非圆的减震元件DE还可与圆形的外部元件和圆形的内部元件相组合。
在所有在附图中所示出的管道元件的情形中,外部元件AE可选地可由缠绕纹管、波纹管或在上部轮廓区域中被焊接的、旋转对称的或螺旋波纹的膜片纹管构成。对于这样的外部元件AE而言的例子在DE 10 2008 001 297 A1、DE 10 2011 053 131 A1和DE 102013 104 446 A1中找到。

Claims (8)

1.管道元件(100,200),带有
- 内部元件(IE),所述内部元件(IE)由柔性的缠绕软管构成;
- 包围所述内部元件的外部元件(AE),所述外部元件(AE)由波纹管(110)、膜片纹管结构或缠绕纹管结构(210)构成,
- 布置在内部元件(IE)与外部元件(AE)之间的减震元件(DE),
其特征在于,所述减震元件包含或由以下构成:
- 由一个或多个成轮廓的金属缠绕带通过缠绕制成的带有螺纹的勾住的几何形状和/或带有多层的几何形状的柔性的缠绕软管,或者
- 波纹管,或者
- 膜片纹管结构,或者
- 缠绕纹管结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道元件(100,200),其特征在于,所述减震元件(DE)由相比所述内部元件(IE)和/或所述外部元件(AE)更容易磨损的材料构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管道元件(100,200),其特征在于,所述减震元件(DE)包含如下材料中的至少一种或由其构成:铜、铜合金、青铜、铝、铝合金、不锈钢、钢、锌、磷酸锌、钛、钽、陶瓷、镍、镍基合金、石墨、芳族聚酰胺、黄铜、硫化钼。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的管道元件(100,200),其特征在于,所述减震元件(DE)、所述内部元件(IE)和/或所述外部元件(AE)至少局部在表面处被调节。
5.根据权利要求4所述的管道元件(100,200),其特征在于,所述减震元件(DE)、所述内部元件(IE)和/或所述外部元件(AE)借助于热或热化学扩散方法或表面涂层方法至少局部在表面处被调节。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的管道元件(100,200),其特征在于,所述减震元件(DE)、所述内部元件(IE)和/或所述外部元件(AE)至少在所述管道元件的一轴向截段中具有非圆形的横截面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的管道元件(100,200),其特征在于,所述减震元件(DE)、所述内部元件(IE)和/或所述外部元件(AE)至少在所述管道元件的一轴向截段中具有多角形的横截面。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的管道元件(100,200),其特征在于,所述减震元件(DE)相比所述内部元件(IE)且/或相比所述外部元件(AE)具有更小的刚性。
