Claims (4)
- 水素イオン伝導性を有する電解質膜と、
前記電解質膜の一方の主面側に積層されたアノード給電体と、
前記アノード給電体に対向配置される支持部材と、
前記電解質膜の他方の主面側に積層されたカソード給電体と、
を有する単位セルを備え、
前記アノード給電体は、複数の通気孔を有する親水性の導電性材料によって形成されると共に、前記支持部材と対向する面に撥水処理が施されており、
前記アノード給電体には、前記電解質膜から離れた側の主面から前記電解質膜に近接した側の主面に連通する前記通気孔が設けられ、
前記通気孔の断面積は、前記電解質膜に近接するにしたがって徐々に増大する、
電気化学式水素ポンプ。 - 請求項1記載の電気化学式水素ポンプであって、
前記アノード給電体は、前記電解質膜に近接した側に設けられた親水性の内側給電体と、前記電解質膜から離れた側に設けられた外側給電体と、を有し、
前記外側給電体に撥水処理が施されている、電気化学式水素ポンプ。 - 請求項2記載の電気化学式水素ポンプであって、
前記内側給電体の前記通気孔は、前記外側給電体の前記通気孔よりも大きい、電気化学式水素ポンプ。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電気化学式水素ポンプであって、
前記アノード給電体の全域に撥水処理を施してなる第1セル構造の単位セルと、前記アノード給電体の前記電解質膜から離れた側の主面側に撥水処理が施された第2セル構造の単位セルと、が厚さ方向に複数積層されたセル積層体を有し、
前記第2セル構造の単位セルは、前記セル積層体の積層方向の端部から離間した位置に配置されている、電気化学式水素ポンプ。
