Claims (4)
- 電力変換用のスイッチング素子を収容している複数のパワーモジュールであって第1方向に沿って積層されている複数のパワーモジュールと、
前記第1方向に交差する第2方向で複数の前記パワーモジュールの隣りに配置されているコンデンサと、
複数の前記パワーモジュールと前記コンデンサを接続している正極バスバおよび負極バスバと、
前記第1方向と前記第2方向の両方に交差する第3方向に延びている複数の延長板と、
を備えており、
それぞれの前記パワーモジュールの前記コンデンサと対向している側面に正極端子と負極端子が設けられており、前記正極端子と前記負極端子は前記第3方向で並んでおり、
前記正極端子の先端と前記負極端子の先端は、前記側面に平行であり、
前記コンデンサは、前記第3方向における一方の端面に正電極を備えており他方の端面に負電極を備えており、
前記正極バスバと前記負極バスバと前記延長板は、次の2通りの構造、すなわち、

前記正極バスバは、前記正電極に接合されている正極ベース板と、前記正極ベース板から前記第3方向に折れ曲がっている正極フランジを備えており、
前記負極バスバは、前記負電極に接合されている負極ベース板と、前記負極ベース板から前記第3方向に折れ曲がっており複数の前記パワーモジュールの前記負極端子と接合される負極フランジを備えており、
それぞれの前記正極端子はそれぞれの前記延長板を介して前記正極フランジに接続されている、

前記正極バスバは、前記正電極に接合されている正極ベース板と、前記正極ベース板から前記第3方向に折れ曲がっており複数の前記パワーモジュールの前記正極端子と接合される正極フランジを備えており、
前記負極バスバは、前記負電極に接合されている負極ベース板と、前記負極ベース板から前記第3方向に折れ曲がっている負極フランジを備えており、
それぞれの前記負極端子はそれぞれの前記延長板を介して前記負極フランジに接続されている、
の一方の構造を備えており、
前記正極フランジと前記負極フランジは、前記第3方向で前記コンデンサから離れる方向に延びている、電力変換器。 - 複数の前記パワーモジュールと前記コンデンサが前記第2方向に沿って見て重なっている、請求項1に記載の電力変換器。
- 複数の前記パワーモジュールと前記コンデンサを収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに支持されており、前記第2方向にて前記パワーモジュールとは反対側で前記コンデンサの隣りに配置されている支持板と、
を備えており、
前記正極バスバまたは前記正電極に接続される別の正極バスバが前記支持板に固定されており、
前記負極バスバまたは前記負電極に接続される別の負極バスバが前記支持板に固定されており、
前記コンデンサは、前記支持板と前記パワーモジュールと前記正極バスバと前記負極バスバを介して前記ハウジングに支持されている、請求項1または2に記載の電力変換器。 - 前記支持板には、電源の電力を前記コンデンサに供給する電力供給正バスバと電力供給負バスバが取り付けられており、前記正極バスバが前記電力供給正バスバに接合されており、前記負極バスバが前記電力供給負バスバに接合されている、請求項3の電力変換器。
