(6) 上記(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載の金属塗装方法において、前記金属としては、アルミニウム、またはアルミニウム合金が挙げられる。
図1は、本実施形態の金属塗装方法の工程を示しており、図2は、同工程によって塗装対象部品である金属製のワーク1の表面1aに塗装が施された状態を模式的に示す図である。

Claims (6)
- 不動態被膜により表面が被覆される金属を塗料により塗装する方法であって、
エッチング液により前記不動態被膜を除去して前記表面を露出させるエッチング工程と、
前記エッチング工程の後に、液分が被覆されたままの状態の前記表面に、前記塗料を希釈可能な希釈剤を被覆する希釈剤被覆工程と、
前記希釈剤被覆工程の後に、前記希釈剤が被覆された状態の前記表面に前記塗料を塗布する塗装工程と、を備える金属塗装方法。 - 前記塗料は水性塗料であり、前記希釈剤は水またはアルコール系希釈剤である請求項1に記載の金属塗装方法。
- 前記金属は、チタンまたはチタン合金である請求項1または2に記載の金属塗装方法。
- 前記金属は、ステンレス鋼である請求項1または2に記載の金属塗装方法。
- 前記金属は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金である請求項1または2に記載の金属塗装方法。
- 前記エッチング液は還元性の酸である請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の金属塗装方法。
