第1治具に連結され、第1治具の振動を被溶着物へと伝達する複数の位置調整用治具と、

位置調整用治具は、それぞれ独立して第1治具に対して位置調整自在に連結され、
位置調整用治具及び第1治具には、互いに接触する接触面をそれぞれ有し、
接触面には、位置調整用治具及び第1治具に対して係合される長方形状のキー部材が設けられ、
接触面の一方にはキー部材の長尺方向に沿って同一長手寸法の第1のキー溝が設けられ、接触面の他方には、第1のキー溝よりも長尺方向に沿って長く形成された第2のキー溝が設けられる。

Claims (3)
- 樹脂材からなり積層された2つの被溶着物を互いに振動溶着する振動溶着装置であって、
一方の被溶着部材を保持し、該被溶着部材の積層方向と略直交する方向に振動する第1治具と、
前記第1治具に臨むように配置され、他方の被溶着部材を保持する第2治具と、
前記第1治具に連結され、該第1治具の振動を前記被溶着物へと伝達する複数の位置調整用治具と、
を備え、
前記位置調整用治具は、それぞれ独立して前記第1治具に対して位置調整自在に連結され、
前記位置調整用治具及び前記第1治具には、互いに接触する接触面をそれぞれ有し、
前記接触面には、前記位置調整用治具及び前記第1治具に対して係合される長方形状のキー部材が設けられ、
前記接触面の一方には前記キー部材の長尺方向に沿って同一長手寸法の第1のキー溝が設けられ、前記接触面の他方には、前記第1のキー溝よりも前記長尺方向に沿って長く形成された第2のキー溝が設けられる、振動溶着装置。 - 請求項1記載の振動溶着装置において、
前記位置調整用治具は、前記第1治具の振動方向に対して直交する方向へ位置調整自在に設けられる、振動溶着装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の振動溶着装置において、
前記第2のキー溝の底面には、前記キー部材を前記第2のキー溝に位置調整可能に固定するボルトが嵌合されるボルト孔が設けられ、
前記第1のキー溝に対向する前記キー部材の面には、前記ボルトの挿通される長孔と、該長孔と連通して前記ボルトの頭部を収容可能な収容凹部とが設けられる、振動溶着装置。
