Description
例えば、特許文献1には、施設の負荷(需要)パターンに基づいて、その施設の駐車場に駐車している車両から電力供給を行う技術が記載されている。
充放電可能なバッテリが搭載された車両について、前記バッテリの充放電を行わせるための充放電マネージメントシステムであって、
空港内の駐車場に駐車する前記車両の運転手が搭乗予定の航空機を示す搭乗情報を収集する情報収集部と、
前記情報収集部により収集された前記搭乗情報に基づいて、前記車両の駐車期間を取得する駐車期間取得部と、
前記駐車期間取得部により取得された前記駐車期間に基づいて、前記車両に搭載された前記バッテリの充放電のタイミングを決定する決定部と、
を備える。
図1に示されるように、空港内の駐車場には、駐車している車両20のバッテリ21に充放電を行わせる充放電設備30が設置されている。そして、空港で電力不足が生じる事態が発生した場合(例えば、災害などにより、停電が発生した場合や、空港の需要電力が大幅に増加した場合など)には、充放電設備30により車両20のバッテリ21を放電させて、車両20のバッテリ21から空港内の設備に対し、電力供給を行う。
図2に示されるように、本実施の形態に係る充放電マネージメントシステム1は、情報収集部11と、駐車期間取得部12と、決定部13と、を備えている。
図4に示されるように、まず、情報収集部11は、空港内の駐車場に駐車する車両20の運転手が搭乗予定の航空機を示す搭乗情報を収集する(ステップS101)。
その後、決定部13は、駐車期間取得部12により取得された駐車期間に基づいて、車両20に搭載されたバッテリ21の充放電のタイミングを決定する(ステップS103)。
まず、図5を参照して、図4のステップS103において、バッテリ21の放電のタイミングを決定する場合の処理の流れについて説明する。
図6に示されるように、まず、決定部13は、空港内の駐車場に駐車する車両20の中に、放電車両として選択した車両20があるか否かを判断する(ステップS301)。
本実施の形態に係る充放電マネージメントシステム1においては、空港内の駐車場に駐車する車両20の運転手が搭乗予定の航空機を示す搭乗情報を収集し、収集した搭乗情報に基づいて、車両20の駐車期間を取得し、取得した駐車期間に基づいて、車両20に搭載されたバッテリ21の充放電のタイミングを決定する。
例えば、上記実施の形態では、空港で電力不足が生じる事態が発生した場合、空港内の駐車場に駐車する車両20から空港内の設備への電力供給を行うこととしたが、これには限定されない。このような場合は、非常事態であるため、空港内で作業するトーイングカーなどの作業車が、充放電可能なバッテリが搭載された車両であれば、作業車からも空港内の設備へ電力供給を行うこととしても良い。

Claims (3)
- 充放電可能なバッテリが搭載された車両について、前記バッテリの充放電を行わせるための充放電マネージメントシステムであって、
空港内の駐車場に駐車する前記車両の運転手が搭乗予定の航空機を示す搭乗情報を収集する情報収集部と、
前記情報収集部により収集された前記搭乗情報に基づいて、前記車両の駐車期間を取得する駐車期間取得部と、
前記駐車期間取得部により取得された前記駐車期間に基づいて、前記車両に搭載された前記バッテリの充放電のタイミングを決定する決定部と、
を備え、
前記決定部は、
空港内の駐車場に複数台の前記車両が駐車している状態で、空港内の駐車場に駐車する前記車両から空港内の設備への電力供給を行う場合、空港内の駐車場に駐車する複数台の前記車両の中から、前記駐車期間の満了までの時間が長い順に、所定台数分の車両を、前記バッテリを放電させて空港内の設備への電力供給を行う車両となる放電車両として選択し、選択した前記放電車両に搭載された前記バッテリの放電のタイミングを決定する、
充放電マネージメントシステム。 - 前記決定部は、
前記放電車両の前記駐車期間が満了する時間の所定時間前を、前記放電車両に搭載された前記バッテリの充電のタイミングに決定する、
請求項1に記載の充放電マネージメントシステム。 - 前記決定部は、
前記放電車両に搭載された前記バッテリの放電前の残量を記憶しておき、
前記放電車両に搭載された前記バッテリの放電前の残量に戻るように、該バッテリに充電する充電量を決定する、
