Description
Claims (12)
- 複数の封着孔を有する平板状の金属外環と、この金属外環の前記封着孔に挿通した複数のリードと、前記金属外環と前記リードとを封着する絶縁材とを備え、該金属外環は、前記リード毎に前記封着孔の周囲を囲んで平板面からさらに突出させて設けたキャビティおよび段差部を有し、前記キャビティおよび前記段差部が撓むことにより、前記金属外環に生じた歪応力を弾性吸収することを特徴とする気密端子。
- 前記金属外環は、さらに前記平板面に螺旋止めのため設けた通孔を有する請求項1に記載の気密端子。
- 前記キャビティ自身にガスケットの位置決めガイドを兼ねさせた請求項1または請求項2に記載の気密端子。
- 通孔および封着孔を有する平板状の金属外環と、前記金属外環の前記封着孔に挿通したリードと、前記金属外環と前記リードとを封着した絶縁材とを備え、前記金属外環は、前記封着孔の周囲を囲む前記金属外環の外周の一部に延伸部を有する気密端子。
- 前記金属外環は、前記封着孔の周囲を平板面からさらに突出させて設けたキャビティおよび段差部を有する請求項4に記載の気密端子。
- 前記気密端子は、複数の前記リードを有し、前記リード毎に前記封着孔の周囲を突出させて設けた前記キャビティおよび段差部を有する請求項5に記載の気密端子。
- 前記キャビティ自身にガスケットの位置決めガイドを兼ねさせた請求項6の何れか1つに記載の気密端子。
- 少なくとも電動圧縮機等の電気装置を内蔵する容器本体と、該容器本体の外壁面に設けられた開口部に挿着され、これを気密に閉口するとともに前記電気装置に電気接続して外部から電源供給する気密端子とを備え、前記気密端子は、複数の封着孔を有する平板状の金属外環と、この金属外環の前記封着孔に挿通した複数のリードと、前記金属外環と前記リードとを封着する絶縁材とを備え、該金属外環は、前記リード毎に前記封着孔の周囲を囲んで前記平板面からさらに突出させて設けたキャビティおよび段差部を有し、前記キャビティおよび前記段差部が撓むことにより、前記金属外環に生じた歪応力を弾性吸収することを特徴とする気密容器。
- 前記金属外環は、さらに螺旋止めのため設けた通孔を有する請求項8に記載の気密容器。
- 少なくとも電動圧縮機等の電気装置を内蔵する容器本体と、該容器本体の外壁面に設けられた開口部に挿着され、これを気密に閉口するとともに前記電気装置に電気接続して外部から電源供給する気密端子とを備え、前記気密端子は、通孔および封着孔を有する平板状の金属外環と、前記金属外環の前記封着孔に挿通したリードと、前記金属外環と前記リードとを封着した絶縁材とを備え、前記金属外環は、前記封着孔の周囲を囲む前記金属外環の外周の一部に延伸部を有する気密容器。
- 前記金属外環は、さらに前記封着孔の周囲を平板面からさらに突出させて囲んだキャビティを有する請求項10に記載の気密容器。
- 前記キャビティ自身にガスケットの位置決めガイドを兼ねさせた請求項11に記載の気密容器。
