Claims (13)
- 光反射機能及び夜光機能を有する繊維であって、
前記繊維は、ストリップ状であり、少なくとも光反射可能な光反射性表面、及び夜光を発する可能な夜光性表面の2つの表面を有し、
前記繊維の前記光反射性表面は、光反射層で形成され、前記光反射層は、複数の光反射部材を有し、
前記夜光性表面は、夜光材料を有する夜光層で形成され、
前記光反射層の光反射部材は、複数の光反射性ビーズであり、前記光反射性ビーズは、前記光反射層から露出し、
前記光反射層に設けられる色層をさらに含み、前記色層は、前記光反射性ビーズの表面を被覆し、前記光反射性ビーズの外側表面の全部又は一部は前記色層で被覆されていない、繊維。 - 光反射機能及び夜光機能及び有する繊維であって、
前記繊維の断面は、矩形であり、第1対表面及び第2対表面を有し、前記第1対表面及び第2対表面は、それぞれ前記繊維の頂方向及び底方向、並びに前記繊維の両側方向に位置し、
前記第1対表面は、それぞれ光反射性表面及び夜光性表面であり、両表面が互いに対向すし、
前記繊維の前記光反射性表面は、光反射層で形成され、前記光反射層は、複数の光反射部材を有し、
前記夜光性表面は、夜光材料を有する夜光層で形成され、
前記光反射層の光反射部材は、複数の光反射性ビーズであり、前記光反射性ビーズは、前記光反射層から露出し、
前記光反射層に設けられる色層をさらに含み、前記色層は、前記光反射性ビーズの表面を被覆し、前記光反射性ビーズの外側表面の全部又は一部は前記色層で被覆されていない、繊維。 - 前記繊維は、幅及び厚さを有し、
前記光反射性表面及び前記夜光性表面は、前記繊維の頂方向及び底方向に位置し、
前記繊維の両側表面は、前記繊維の両側方向に位置する切断面である、請求項2に記載の繊維。 - 前記幅は、前記繊維の両側表面の間に形成され、前記繊維の幅は、0.05mm~0.5mmである、請求項3に記載の繊維。
- 前記厚さは、前記繊維の頂面と底面の間に形成され、前記繊維の厚さは、0.1mm~0.35mmである、請求項4に記載の繊維。
- 前記繊維の断面構造は、中間層を有し、
光反射層及び夜光層は、それぞれ前記中間層の2つの表面に位置し、前記第1対表面を構成する、請求項2に記載の繊維。 - 前記色層は、前記光反射性ビーズの内側表面を被覆する、請求項1又は2に記載の繊維。
- 前記色層は、前記光反射性ビーズの外側表面の一部を被覆する、請求項7に記載の繊維。
- 前記夜光材料は、複数の夜光粒子であり、前記夜光層は、それぞれ前記夜光粒子を被覆して夜光粒子を外部から遮断する複数の透明な被覆層をさらに含み、各前記被覆層及びそれが被覆する夜光粒子は、マイクロカプセル構造を構成する、請求項1又は2に記載の繊維。
- 前記夜光層は、前記繊維内に位置する背面と、
色を有し、前記夜光層の前記背面に設けられる色彩層と、
をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の繊維。 - 前記夜光層は、樹脂と夜光粒子との混合物であり、前記樹脂は染料で着色される、請求項1又は2に記載の繊維。
- 前記繊維は、縫糸又は刺繍糸として使用される、請求項1又は2に記載の繊維。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の繊維を用いて製造される織物であって、
前記織物の繊維は、光反射性及び夜光性を有する、織物。
