Abstract
本发明关于一种纤维,该纤维具有两个表面,分别为一反光层及一夜光层,因而具有反光及夜光的功能。此种功能性的纤维可织造成纺织品,或作为车缝线或绣线,所述的纺织品、车缝线或绣线的服饰便具反光性与夜光性,使服饰兼具时尚性与安全性。

本发明关于一种纤维,其兼具反光与夜光的功能。
背景技术
让衣服具有反光或夜光的效果,有助于安全性,尤其是提高夜晚活动时的安全性。目前,让衣服具有反光或夜光的功能,将反光条或夜光条车缝在衣服上,以达到反光或夜光的要求,例如警察、交通指挥人员、清洁人员所穿的反光衣。
前述的反光衣将外物(反光条)固定于衣服上,其反光效果来自外物(反光条),并非衣服本身具反光功能。
此外,要让纤维同时具有反光及夜光效果,更是纺织业未曾想过且无法想象的产品,要制成纺织品(例如针织、平织或圆织的布料),须使用三千或四千公尺以上的长度的纤维,目前的技术并无法制造出如此长度并同时具有夜光或反光功能的纤维。
发明内容
现行技术无法制造出具有反光与夜光效果的纤维,其问题在于难以制造出兼具反光材料及夜光材料的纤维。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具反光及夜光功能的纤维,使纤维具有反光与夜光的效果。
本发明的又一目的在于使上述的功能性纤维作为车缝线或绣线,使服饰上的绣线或车缝线提供服饰的反光与夜光功能。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种纺织品,使该纺织品本身兼具反光与夜光功能,而非借助外物。
本发明所提供的具反光及夜光功能的纤维,该纤维为条形体,具有至少两个表面,其中一表面为一反光性表面,而另一表面为一夜光性表面。
较佳地,该纤维的断面呈矩形,具有一第一对表面及一第二对表面,该二对表面分别位于该纤维的顶、底方向及两侧方向,该第一对表面分别为一反光性表面及一夜光性表面,为两个相对的表面。
更进一步地,该纤维的该反光性表面由一反光层所形成,该反光层具有复数反光构件;该夜光性表面由一具有夜光材料的夜光层所形成。
更进一步地,该纤维具有一宽度及一厚度,该反光性表面及该夜光性表面位于该纤维的顶、底方向上;该纤维的两侧表面为切割表面,位于该纤维的两侧方向上。

更进一步地,所述的夜光构件为复数夜光粒子;该夜光层另包含有:复数透明的包覆层,分别包覆所述的夜光粒子,将夜光粒子与外界阻隔;各包覆层及其所包覆的夜光粒子形成一微胶囊结构。

本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供一种具反光及夜光功能的纤维,以及以该纤维制成的纺织品,该纤维同时具有反光及夜光效果,该纺织品本身具有反光效果及夜光功能,使服饰能兼具时尚性及安全性。
本发明的微细纤维也可作为服饰的车缝线或绣线,该绣线或车缝线便成为服饰的反光及发光部位,具时尚性与安全性。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的、特征以及所达成的功效可由下述的较佳实施例的说明及附图获得了解。
本发明提供一种具有功能性表面的纤维,以制成图1所示的具相当长度的纤维10,所述的纤维的宽度介于0.05mm至1.5mm之间,包括宽度介于0.05mm至0.5mm之间的微细纤维,其宽度可到达头发的直径的粗细度,即0.05mm至0.09mm的范围。本发明的纤维具有反光与夜光的功能,此种纤维(尤其是微细纤维)所制成的纺织品可制成供人体穿着的衣物,提高人体活动时的安全性,本发明的纤维亦可作为布料或纺织品的绣线或缝线,作为绣线或缝时,纤维10的丹尼数为数百丹尼或上千丹尼(例如一千多丹尼)。
请参阅图2,为本发明所制成的纤维10的剖面示意图,其具有一中间层20以及一反光层30与一夜光层40,该反光层30与夜光层40分别位于该中间层20的两个相对的表面,例如顶面与底面。该反光层30与该夜光层40构成该纤维10的两个功能性的表面。本说明书所述的功能性表面指该表面具有功能性,而所述的功能性指:反光的功能与夜光的功能,该反光层30可反射光线,使该纤维10的一表面具有反光的效果。该夜光层40可发出夜光,使该纤维10的另一表面具有夜光的效果。
该纤维10的剖面形状呈矩形,具有两对表面,分别位于该纤维的顶、底的方向以及两侧的方向,其中,本实施例所述的第一对表面位于该纤维10的顶、底方向上,而第二对表面位于其两侧方向上。该纤维10的断面形状具有一宽度B与一厚度T,如图2所示,该厚度T形成于该纤维10的顶面与底面之间,而该宽度B形成于该纤维10两侧的表面之间。该反光层30及该夜光层40构成所述的第一对表面,位于该纤维10的顶、底方向上,该反光层30、夜光层40形成该纤维10的顶面与底面,为相对(opposite)的表面;该第二对表面位于该纤维10的两侧方向上,为该纤维10的左侧与右侧表面,且为该纤维10的切割表面12,该两个切割表面12为相对(opposite)的表面。该纤维10的厚度T于本较佳实施例介于0.1mm~0.35mm之间,较佳地,为0.15~0.22mm的范围。该纤维10的宽度B介于0.05mm~0.5mm之间,本发明的纤维10可切割成宽度为0.05mm~0.25mm之间的微细纤维,例如介于0.05~0.12mm的范围。
以下说明本发明的纤维的若干较佳实施例,本说明书以标号10作为纤维的统称,特定结构的纤维以标号10a至10h表示。同样的,标号30与40分别为反光层及夜光层的统称,特定结构的反光层与夜光层则以标号30a至30g及40a、40b表示。
本发明的纤维以切割膜材的方式制成。发明人构思要制造三千公尺或四千公尺以上的长度并兼具反光与夜光功能的纤微,惟有以切割膜材的方法始能达成,抽纱的制法无法制作出同时具有反光与夜光效果的纤维。
请参阅图3,为本发明第一较佳实施例的纤维10a的剖面图。该中间层20为塑胶或橡胶的高分子材质所制成,其可为具弹性或无弹性的材质。若为有弹性的材质,可选用,但不以此为限,TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,Thermoplastic polyurethanes)、PU(聚胺酯,Polyurethane)、TPE(热塑性弹性体,Thermoplastic Elastomer)、TPR(热可塑性橡胶,Thermoplastic Rubber)、热熔胶、硅胶或尼龙等材质;若为无弹性的材质,可选用,但不以此为限,PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,polyethylene terephthalate)、硬质PVC(聚氯乙烯,Polyvinyl Chloride)、或OPP(定向拉伸聚丙烯,Oriented Polypropylene)等材质。
该反光层30具有复数具光学功能的反光构件,所述的反光构件可为图3至图8所示的反光体,或为图9与图10所示的棱镜。图3至图8所示的反光构件为复数具反光性的透明的珠体,例如玻璃微珠32,以涂布的方式或利用离型膜转移的方式设置于该中间层20的一表面(顶面),图3至图8以一层玻璃微珠32为例示,但非限制,反光层30可具有排列成二层或二层以上的玻璃微珠。该等玻璃微珠32使反光层30具反光效果。图3的反光层30a,显示(但非限制)玻璃微珠32以一黏着层(胶层)31设置于该中间层20的一表面,玻璃微珠32至少一半的体积嵌入该黏着层31,其外端外露出黏着层。该黏着层31黏接玻璃微珠32的内侧表面,玻璃微珠32外端的外侧表面(例如朝向外侧的180度角的范围的周面)外露于黏着层31。
图4所示的反光层30b中,该等玻璃微珠32之间的空隙以涂布或真空镀着的方式设置金属材质的填充物34,例如铝、银、铬、锡、镍及铂等金属材质,并以铝及银为佳。所述的填充物34使该反光层30b具有高反光性,反光率佳,因此,图4的反光层30b具有较高的反光率。所述的填充物34并未完全覆盖玻璃微珠32的外侧表面(朝向外侧的180度角范围的周面),亦即,玻璃微珠32的外侧表面至少有30%的表面外露,未被所述的填充物所遮盖,且该等玻璃微珠32的外端及该填充物34均外露于该反光层30b。
本发明的反光层30可改变颜色,请参阅图5的纤维10c,其反光层30c设有一颜色层33,覆盖于该等玻璃微珠32的外侧表面,该颜色层33以染料(色料)形成颜色,其可为混合染料或注入染料的树脂,而具有颜色,并可制成不同的颜色。该颜色层33设于微珠32之间的间隙中,且玻璃微珠32的外侧表面仍保持外露状。本实施例的颜色层33虽然覆盖于玻璃微珠32的外侧表面(朝外侧的180度角的范围的周面),但并未完全覆盖玻璃微珠32的外侧表面,玻璃微珠32的外侧表面的中央仍至少有30%的表面外露,保持玻璃微珠的反光作用。借此,该反光层30的外观便具有该颜色层所呈现的颜色,将颜色层33制成不同颜色时,该反光层30便为不同的颜色。图6所示的纤维10d,其反光层30d设有一颜色层33,覆盖于玻璃微珠32的内侧表面(朝向中间层的表面),玻璃微珠32的外侧表面仍保持外露状,并未被颜色层33遮蔽。反光层30c及30d通过该颜色层33而具有颜色。该颜色层33可以转移、涂布或化学涂覆(chemical coating)的方式设置于反光层。
请参阅图7,该纤维10e另包含有:一颜色与填充物的混合层35,包含有:染料与金属材质(例如铝、银、铬、锡、镍及铂等金属材质,以铝及银为佳)混合形成的树脂,其涂布于反光层30e,且未完全覆盖玻璃微珠32的外侧表面,使玻璃微珠32的外侧表面至少有30%外露。通过该颜色与填充物的混合层35,该反光层30的反光性佳,且其外观便具有染料所呈现的颜色。
图8所揭的纤维10f,其反光层30a与图3的反光层相同。
图9所揭的纤维10g,所述的棱镜(反光构件)36形成于反光层30f的背面(与中间层20结合的面),该反光层30f为高分子的薄膜,可为热塑性或热固性的聚合物,例如PVC(聚氯乙烯)、PU(聚胺脂树脂)、TPU(热可塑性聚胺树脂)、PP(聚丙烯)、PE(聚乙烯)、PET(聚脂纤维)及PEVA等,该反光层30f的背面制成凹凸状,故形成有复数的、凸出的微细棱镜36,所述的棱镜36可为,但不以此为限:多角锥状的凸出构形,例如三角锥状、四角锥状(如同金字塔形状)、五角锥状等形状的凸出构形。当光线射入该反光层30c时,该等棱镜36可反射光线,使该反光层具反光效果。
图10所示的纤维10h,其反光层30g进一步于棱镜(反光构件)36的表面以涂布或真空镀着的方式涂覆一金属材质的反射层38,所选用的金属材质可为铝、铬、锡、镍、铂或银等,本实施例的反射层38为铝质。该反射层38形成一反射介面,可提高反光层30g的反光率。
图9的反光层30f及图10的反光层30g于制作时可加入染料(色料),使其具有颜色。
请参阅图3,该纤维10a的夜光层40a中具有复数的夜光(luminescent)粒子42,借以使该夜光层40可发出夜光,供人们于夜晚或无光源或低光源的可看见夜光层的夜光。该夜光层40于本实施例为夜光粒子42与高分子树脂46的混合液混合并经定型后所形成,本较佳实施例所选用的树脂46为聚胺酯(PU,Polyurethane)树脂,透明无色。所述的夜光粒子42为烯土元素(rare earth)掺合碱土铝酸盐(alkaline earth aluminate)或硅酸盐(silicate)的成品,且尺寸为5μm~200μm的微小粒子,可自行发光(夜光)。图5及图7的夜光层40a为相同于图3的夜光层,具有夜光粒子42。
请参阅图4的纤维10b的夜光层40b,更于该等夜光粒子42的表面以透明树脂包覆,形成微胶囊结构(即微小的包覆层包覆微小的夜光粒子),所述的透明树脂形成一包覆层44包覆住各夜光粒子42,将夜光粒子42与外界完全阻隔,使其不会与外界接触,避免夜光粒子42与水或其他物质产生化学反应,例如避免夜光粒子42与水接触后变成强碱,该包覆层44及被包覆的夜光粒子42形成一微胶囊夜光颗粒45。须说明的是,由于夜光粒子微小,因此,制作上可能会有复数个夜光粒子42被一个包覆层44包覆,故每个微胶囊夜光颗粒45可能包含一个或多个夜光粒子42。本发明用以形成该包覆层44的透明树脂选用能扺抗氯化钾的树脂,以避免夜光粒子与水接触释出强碱。该透明树脂为无色,因此,该包覆层44为透明无色。须说明的是,微胶囊夜光颗粒45可使夜光层40具较佳的夜光效果及安定性。图6、图8至图10的夜光层40b为相同于图4的夜光层,具有微胶囊夜光颗粒45。
请参阅图4,本发明可于夜光层40的背面(即夜光层与中间层结合的表面)更设置一色彩层48,该色彩层48为高分子材料制成,例如塑胶或橡胶薄膜,并以染料(色料)制作出所需的颜色,例如蓝色、红色、粉红色、绿色、黄色等,或具有二种以上的色彩。该色彩层48可应用于本发明的所有较佳实施例的纤维,使夜光层具有颜色。
要将夜光层40制成颜色另有其他制法,将染料(色料)与树脂46混合,对树脂染色,便可制成有颜色的夜光层,借此,于白天或光线充足之处,夜光层40的外观便具有该染料所呈现的颜色。
当太阳光或其他光源照射夜光层40,其夜光粒子42可吸收光源并蓄存能量,于黑暗或低光源之处,其夜光粒子42便可发出夜光。
在白天或正常光线下,该夜光层40由该色彩层48或夜光层的染料所呈现的颜色。
这夜晚、无光线或黑暗之处,该夜光层40的夜光粒子42便发出夜光,该夜光为夜光粒子本身的光的颜色,例如,该夜光层40b选用淡黄色夜光的夜光粒子制成时,夜光层40便发出淡黄色的夜光;该色彩层48或夜光层中的染料并不会发光,故于夜晚或光源不足之处,夜光层40的夜光不会受色彩层48或染料影响。本发明将色彩层48设置夜光粒子42的背面,并未遮挡住夜光粒子,故不会影响或降低夜光粒子42所发出的夜光。
本发明以切割膜材的方式制成该具功能性的纤维10,并以该纤维10织造成纺织品,如图14,以供制成具反光与夜光效果的衣服、鞋子、包(提包、背包)、袋(提袋、背袋)、带子(皮带、织带)等穿着衣物或随身物品。本发明的纤维亦可作为绣线(例如衣服上绣出图样的绣线)或是衣服的车缝线。
请参阅图11,显示用以制作图3的纤维的一种膜材50,该膜材50具有一中间层20、一反光层30及一夜光层40,该反光层30以一结合层52结合于该中间层20的一表面,例如顶面;而夜光层40以一结合层54结合于该中间层20的另一表面,例如底面。所述的结合层52、54可为黏胶、热熔胶或其他的黏着性材料。该夜光层40除了可先定型(制成膜状)再通过结合层54与中间层20结合之外,亦可为液态的形式并通过涂布于中间层20的一表面的方式与中间层20结合,不需通过该结合层54。同样地,该反光层亦可以涂布的方式与中间层结合。
请参阅图12及图13,该膜材50具有三千公尺以上的长度,并通过一输送设备60的滚轮62将该膜材输送至一切割设备70进行切割,以切割成纤维10。该切割设备70的切刀72如何切割膜材50,非本发明的主要标的,容不赘述。
用以制成图4至图10的纤维10的膜材,可由图11的膜材50获得理解,亦即纤维的剖面结构为相同于膜材的剖面结构。
本发明的纤维10除了具有(反光与夜光)两个功能性表面之外,更可将纤维制作出各式的颜色,以利应用。反光层30及夜光层40可制成相同颜色,使该纤维10两个功能性表面为相同颜色。
本发明所制成具功能性的纤维,可以各种织造技术制成各式纺织品,例如图14所示的纺织品80以本发明的具功能性的纤维10所制成,此种纤维所织造的纺织品可制成供人体穿着的服饰,衣服、鞋子,或包包(提包、背包),可制成的服饰包括:一般衣服、泳装、运动服、运律裤、T恤、饰带等各式衣物。
以本发明的功能性纤维制成衣服、包包、鞋子或布料等服饰时,所述的服饰本身直接具有反光与夜光的功能。本发明将安全因素直接融入时尚中,人们穿着时尚服饰时,兼具安全性防护。
本发明的纤维亦可作为绣线或缝线,作为绣线时,在服饰或织物上绣出图案,该图案便成为该服饰或织物的反光与夜光的部位。作为缝线时,可透过该缝线于服饰的车缝处形成反光及夜光的效果。
本发明提供具功能性的纤维,突破现有技术无法制作出兼具反光与夜光的纤维的问题,并可以此种功能性的纤维制作服饰,提高行动安全。
上述诸实施例仅说明本发明的技术手段而非限制,举凡由本发明的等效修改,均应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (18)
1.一种具反光及夜光功能的纤维,其特征在于,该纤维为条形体,具有至少两个表面,其中一表面为一反光性表面,可反光,而另一表面为一夜光性表面,可发出夜光。
2.一种具反光及夜光功能的纤维,其特征在于,该纤维的断面呈矩形,具有一第一对表面及一第二对表面,分别位于该纤维的顶、底方向及两侧方向,该第一对表面分别为一反光性表面及一夜光性表面,为两个相对的表面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的纤维,其特征在于,该纤维的该反光性表面由一反光层所形成,该反光层具有复数反光构件;该夜光性表面由一具有夜光材料的夜光层所形成。
4.如权利要求2所述的纤维,其特征在于,该纤维具有一宽度及一厚度,该反光性表面及该夜光性表面位于该纤维的顶、底方向上;该纤维的两侧表面为切割表面,位于该纤维的两侧方向上。
5.如权利要求4所述的纤维,其特征在于,一宽度,形成于该纤维的两侧表面之间,该纤维的宽度介于0.05mm~0.5mm。
6.如权利要求5所述的纤维,其特征在于,一厚度,形成于该纤维的顶面与底面之间,该纤维的厚度介于0.1mm~0.35mm之间。
7.如权利要求2所述的纤维,其特征在于,该纤维的断面结构具有一中间层;一反光层及一夜光层,分别位于该中间层的两个表面,构成该第一对表面。
8.如权利要求3所述的纤维,其特征在于,另包含有:具反光性的填充物,设于该反光层,且位于所述的反光构件之间的间隙中,且所述的反光构件与反光性填充物外露于该反光层。
9.如权利要求3所述的纤维,其特征在于,该反光层的复数反光构件为复数反光性珠体,该反光性珠体外露于该反光层;另包含有:一颜色层,设于该反光层,并覆盖该反光性珠体的表面,且所述的反光性珠体的全部或部份的外侧表面并未被该颜色层覆盖。
10.如权利要求9所述的纤维,其特征在于,该颜色层覆盖该反光性珠体的部份的外侧表面。
11.如权利要求3所述的纤维,其特征在于,一颜色与填充物的混合层,设于该反光层,且并未完全遮盖该反光构件的外侧表面,所述的填充物为具反光性的金属材质。
12.如权利要求3所述的纤维,其特征在于,该反光层具有一背面,位于该纤维内;所述的反光构件为复数的棱镜,形成于该反光层的背面。
13.如权利要求12所述的纤维,其特征在于,另包含有:一反射层,设于所述的棱镜的表面。
14.如权利要求3所述的纤维,其特征在于,所述的夜光构件为复数夜光粒子;该夜光层另包含有:复数透明的包覆层,分别包覆所述的夜光粒子,将夜光粒子与外界阻隔;各包覆层及其所包覆的夜光粒子形成一微胶囊结构。
15.如权利要求14所述的纤维,其特征在于,该夜光层具有一背面,位于该纤维中;一色彩层,具有颜色,设于该夜光层的该背面。
16.如权利要求14所述的纤维,其特征在于,该夜光层为树脂与夜光粒子的混合物,该树脂以染料制作出颜色。
17.如权利要求1或2所述的纤维,其特征在于,所述的纤维可作为车缝线或绣线。
18.一种纺织品,其特征在于,包含有:以权利要求1至16任一项所述的纤维织造形成,该纺织品的纤维具有反光性与夜光性。
