Description
伸縮性のある弾性膜材料を用意する工程
前記弾性膜材料を支持層と仮接着して半製品膜材料を形成する工程(前記支持層の延伸性は前記弾性膜材料の延伸性よりも低い)
前記半製品膜材料を連続的に牽引し、牽引過程で切断装置で前記弾性膜材料から複数の極細糸を切り出す工程
切断後のこれらの極細糸を前記支持層から分離させ、分離後に得られる極細糸が弾性糸である工程。

Claims (37)
- 高分子材料の細いフィラメント糸であり、伸縮性を有し、切断方法で作製され、その断面が略矩形を呈し、その対向する一対の辺が切断により形成される平面である、弾性糸。
- 連続的な長さを有し、その幅は0.09〜3mmの範囲である、請求項1に記載の弾性糸。
- 高分子材料であり、伸縮性を持つ基材と、前記基材の少なくとも1つの表面に設けられた少なくとも1つの機能層と、を備え、前記機能層は前記弾性糸に反射性、夜光性又は導電性を持たせる、請求項1又は2に記載の弾性糸。
- 高分子材料であり、伸縮性を持つ基材と、前記基材の少なくとも1つの表面に設けられ、夜光を発光できる夜光層と、を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の弾性糸。
- 前記夜光層は、複数のマイクロカプセル夜光ペレットを備え、各前記マイクロカプセル夜光ペレットが1個以上の夜光粒子と、被覆層と、を備え、前記被覆層が前記1個以上の夜光粒子を覆う、請求項4に記載の弾性糸。
- 前記被覆層の素材は、樹脂である、請求項4に記載の弾性糸。
- 前記被覆層は、塩化カリウムに抵抗することができる樹脂である、請求項4に記載の弾性糸。
- 前記基材内に着色剤を混合している、請求項4に記載の弾性糸。
- 色を有する少なくとも1つの着色層をさらに含み、前記着色層は前記基材の一表面に設けられる、請求項4に記載の弾性糸。

- 高分子材料であり、伸縮性を持つ基材と、前記基材の少なくとも1つの表面に設けられた少なくとも1つ導電性スラリーコーティング層と、を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の弾性糸。
- 前記弾性糸の素材は、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル,熱可塑性ポリウレタンゴム、熱可塑性エラストマー、熱可塑性ゴム又はシリコンゴムである、請求項1又は2に記載の弾性糸。
- 2本以上の前記弾性糸を撚ることで糸条に撚り;又は少なくとも1本の前記弾性糸と少なくとも1本の繊維を撚ることで糸条になる、請求項1に記載の弾性糸。
- 伸縮性のある弾性膜材料を用意する工程と、
前記弾性膜材料を少なくとも1層の支持層と仮接着して半製品膜材料を形成する工程(前記支持層の延伸性は前記弾性膜材料の延伸性よりも低く、前記弾性膜材料が前記支持層によって支持される)と、
前記半製品膜材料を連続的に牽引し、牽引過程で切断装置で前記弾性膜材料から複数の極細糸を切り出す工程と、
前記弾性糸を作製するため、切断後の前記極細糸を前記支持層から分離させる工程と、
を含む、弾性膜材料の切断方法。 - 前記弾性糸の切断幅は、0.09〜3mmの範囲である、請求項19に記載の切断方法。
- 前記弾性膜材料と前記支持層との間の仮接着力が低く、前記弾性膜材料と前記支持層とが剥離しやすい、請求項19に記載の切断方法。
- 前記弾性膜材料の厚さは、0.02〜1mmの範囲である、請求項19に記載の切断方法。
- 前記支持層は、剥離紙又は剥離フィルムである、請求項19に記載の切断方法。
- 前記弾性膜材料の素材は、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル,熱可塑性ポリウレタンゴム、熱可塑性エラストマー、熱可塑性ゴム又はシリコンゴムである、請求項19に記載の切断方法。
- 前記支持層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムである、請求項19に記載の切断方法。
- 前記弾性膜材料は、高分子材料であり、伸縮性を持つ基材と、前記基材の少なくとも1つの表面に設けられ、夜光を発光できる夜光層と、を備える、請求項19に記載の切断方法。
- 前記夜光層は、複数のマイクロカプセル夜光ペレットを備え、各前記マイクロカプセル夜光ペレットが1個以上の夜光粒子と、被覆層と、を備え、前記被覆層が前記1個以上の夜光粒子を覆う、請求項19に記載の切断方法。
- 前記被覆層の素材は、樹脂である、請求項27に記載の切断方法。
- 前記基材内に着色剤を混合している、請求項26に記載の切断方法。
- 色を有する少なくとも1つの着色層をさらに含み、前記着色層は前記基材の一表面に設けられる、請求項26に記載の切断方法。
