现代社会衣物除了保暖御寒的功效外,已经逐渐演化为一种生活饰品,更多的时候表达了一个人的个性和生活水准,在衣服基本功能不变的基础上,人们越来越多的注重衣物附加功效,不断的研发衣服的新材料,利用适当的工艺将具有各种功效的材料添加到制作衣服的面料之中,从而增加了衣服的功能性。
面料是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,现有的面料在追求保暖效果的同时,并未具备抗静电的功能,静电在形成后会造成人体的不适,对使用者的日常生活和工作造成极大的影响,实用性较差,且传统的面料在制作衣服时不可以两面使用,需分清正反两面,且由于正反面颜色大致相同,在使用时需要仔细分辨清楚,较为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涤锦棉复合保暖面料及其加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

步骤二:制成防静电层:将占比7质量份的棉以及占比2质量份的锦纶丝混纺,再镶嵌占比1质量份的导电纤维编织而成防静电层;
步骤三:制成保暖层:先一路羊毛纤维与涤纶丝的混纺与一路涤纶丝与氨纶的混纺的交替排列各路纬纱,各纱线的喂入长度为:羊毛纤维285~325mm/100N,涤纶265~300mm/100N,氨纶为100~115mm/100N再采用单面织法,全部成圈织成平面组织结构,从而制成保暖层;
步骤四:在保暖层正反两面涂覆热熔粘合胶层,再使用压烫机将两层防静电层分别与保暖层熔融粘合,熔融粘合的温度为130~140℃,压力为120~135Pa,时间为8~15s;
步骤五:将步骤四制成的面料再正反两面涂覆热熔粘合胶层,再使用压烫机将两层涤锦棉面料层分别与步骤四制成的面料进行熔融粘合,熔融粘合的温度为120~130℃,压力为120~130Pa,时间为8~15s;
步骤六:将步骤五制成后的面料正反面涂上占比7质量份的聚四氟乙烯和3质量份石墨组成的复合耐磨涂层;
步骤七:将步骤五制成的面料在含有防水剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,压力2~2.5kg/cm2,带液率75~78%:
步骤八:布匹烘干,将布匹在120~130℃焙烘5~6min:
步骤九:布匹热定型,采用烘培定型机将烘干后的面料在120~130℃之间恒温40~60min;
步骤十:布匹裁剪,将步骤九定型后的布料通过自动裁剪机进行裁剪并下料,从而制作完成。

本发明提供了如图1-2所示的一种涤锦棉复合保暖面料及其加工工艺,包括涤锦棉面料层1,两层涤锦棉面料层1之间设置有两个防静电层2,两个防静电层2之间设置有保暖层3,两个涤锦棉面料层1的外部均设置有耐磨层4,涤锦棉面料层1、防静电层2、保暖层3以及耐磨层4之间均粘合有热熔粘合胶层5。
涤锦棉面料层1由涤纶丝、锦纶丝和氨纶丝通过交织方法织造而成面料,涤纶丝、锦纶丝和氨纶丝的质量比为8:1.5:0.5,涤锦棉面料层1挺拔不容易褶皱,面料也相对更加软和一些,成本低,色泽鲜艳,不易褪色,性价比比较高,成品也比较耐用和舒适,防静电层2由棉、涤纶纤维混纺,镶嵌导电纤维编织而成,棉、涤纶纤维和导电纤维的质量比为7:2:1,其中导电纤维编织而成的导电丝导电性能好,在面料中加入导电纤维可增强面料的抗静电性能,保暖层3由涤纶丝、尼龙丝和羊毛纤维混纺而成,涤纶丝、尼龙丝和羊毛纤维的质量比为7:2.5:0.5,加入尼龙丝可使得制成的面料绸面光滑,而且很软,耐磨性好,容易清洗和晾干,具有防风防水的特性,加入羊毛可使得面料具有保暖性,耐磨层4为复合耐磨涂层,复合耐磨涂层由聚四氟乙烯和石墨构成,聚四氟乙烯和石墨的质量比为7:3,可以增强所制成的面料的耐磨性,使得使用寿命更长。

步骤四:在保暖层3正反两面涂覆热熔粘合胶层5,再使用压烫机将两层防静电层2分别与保暖层3熔融粘合,熔融粘合的温度为130~140℃,压力为120~135Pa,时间为8~15s;
步骤五:将步骤四制成的面料再正反两面涂覆热熔粘合胶层5,再使用压烫机将两层涤锦棉面料层1分别与步骤四制成的面料进行熔融粘合,熔融粘合的温度为120~130℃,压力为120~130Pa,时间为8~15s;
步骤六:将步骤五制成后的面料正反面涂上占比7质量份的聚四氟乙烯和3质量份石墨组成的复合耐磨涂层;
步骤七:将步骤五制成的面料在含有防水剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,压力2~2.5kg/cm2,带液率75~78%:

1.一种涤锦棉复合保暖面料,包括涤锦棉面料层(1),其特征在于,两层所述涤锦棉面料层(1)之间设置有两个防静电层(2),两个所述防静电层(2)之间设置有保暖层(3),两个所述涤锦棉面料层(1)的外部均设置有耐磨层(4),所述涤锦棉面料层(1)、防静电层(2)、保暖层(3)以及耐磨层(4)之间均粘合有热熔粘合胶层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤锦棉复合保暖面料,其特征在于,所述涤锦棉面料层(1)由涤纶丝、锦纶丝和氨纶丝通过交织方法织造而成面料,所述涤纶丝、锦纶丝和氨纶丝的质量比为8:1.5:0.5,所述防静电层(2)由棉、涤纶纤维混纺,镶嵌导电纤维编织而成,所述棉、涤纶纤维和导电纤维的质量比为7:2:1,所述保暖层(3)由涤纶丝、尼龙丝和羊毛纤维混纺而成,所述涤纶丝、尼龙丝和羊毛纤维的质量比为7:2.5:0.5,所述耐磨层(4)为复合耐磨涂层,所述复合耐磨涂层由聚四氟乙烯和石墨构成,所述聚四氟乙烯和石墨的质量比为7:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤锦棉复合保暖面料,其特征在于,所述涤锦棉面料层(1)的纱支数为80~100公支,所述防静电层(2)的纱支数为40~50公支,所述保暖层(3)的纱支数为60~80公支。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤锦棉复合保暖面料,其特征在于,所述热熔粘合胶层(5)的组分及重量份为聚乙烯60份、聚异丁烯10份、丁基橡胶11份和微晶蜡19份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项的一种涤锦棉复合保暖面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下具体使用步骤:
步骤一:制成涤锦棉面料:将占比8质量份的涤纶丝以及占比1.5质量份的锦纶丝再加以占比0.5质量份的氨纶丝通过交织方法织造而成面料即为锦涤纺面料;
步骤二:制成防静电层(2):将占比7质量份的棉以及占比2质量份的锦纶丝混纺,再镶嵌占比1质量份的导电纤维编织而成防静电层(2);
步骤三:制成保暖层(3):先一路羊毛纤维与涤纶丝的混纺与一路涤纶丝与氨纶的混纺的交替排列各路纬纱,各纱线的喂入长度为:羊毛纤维285~325mm/100N,涤纶265~300mm/100N,氨纶为100~115mm/100N再采用单面织法,全部成圈织成平面组织结构,从而制成保暖层(3);
步骤四:在保暖层(3)正反两面涂覆热熔粘合胶层(5),再使用压烫机将两层防静电层(2)分别与保暖层(3)熔融粘合,熔融粘合的温度为130~140℃,压力为120~135Pa,时间为8~15s;
步骤五:将步骤四制成的面料再正反两面涂覆热熔粘合胶层(5),再使用压烫机将两层涤锦棉面料层(1)分别与步骤四制成的面料进行熔融粘合,熔融粘合的温度为120~130℃,压力为120~130Pa,时间为8~15s;
步骤六:将步骤五制成后的面料正反面涂上占比7质量份的聚四氟乙烯和3质量份石墨组成的复合耐磨涂层;
步骤七:将步骤五制成的面料在含有防水剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,压力2~2.5kg/cm2,带液率75~78%:
步骤八:布匹烘干,将布匹在120~130℃焙烘5~6min:
步骤九:布匹热定型,采用烘培定型机将烘干后的面料在120~130℃之间恒温40~60min;
步骤十:布匹裁剪,将步骤九定型后的布料通过自动裁剪机进行裁剪并下料,从而制作完成。
