(実施形態1)
(電池ブロック4)
(電池集合体40)
一対の電池ユニット40Aは、プラスチック製の電池ホルダ44で各々の二次電池セル1を定位置に配置している。一対の電池ユニット40Aを一体構造に連結した電池集合体40は、支持フレーム50で電池ブロック4として組み立てられる。図6と図7及び図8の分解斜視図に示す支持フレーム50は、四角柱状の電池集合体40の稜線に沿って伸びる複数のL字バー52、53、59を備え、垂直方向に配置されたL字バー52の上下の両端を補強プレート56で連結している。支持フレーム50は鉄製で、図7及び図8の支持フレーム50は、上側のL字バー53と両側のL字バー52とをバンド部51として1枚の金属板でコ字状に構成し、下側のL字バー59を1枚の金属板で構成している。なお、この明細書において鉄は鉄合金を含む意味に使用する。

Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルを備える外形を四角柱状とする電池集合体と、
前記電池集合体の四角柱の稜線に沿って伸びるコーナー部に配置してなるL字バーを備える支持フレームと、
前記電池集合体の放熱面に配置されて、片面を前記電池集合体の放熱面に熱結合してなる放熱シートと、
前記放熱シートを放熱面に配置して、コーナー部に前記L字バーを配置してなる前記電池集合体を挿入してなる筒状の収納ケースと、
前記収納ケースと前記放熱シートとの間に配置し、前記収納ケースの内面に密着してなるアラミド繊維シートとを備え、
前記アラミド繊維シートが両側縁に折曲部を有し、前記折曲部が前記L字バーの表面を被覆してなる電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載される電源装置であって、
前記放熱シートが隣接する前記L字バーの間に配置されてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載される電源装置であって、
前記放熱シートが厚さ方向に変形できるシートであることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載される電源装置であって、
前記放熱シートが、前記電池集合体の四角柱状の対向する2面に配置されてなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載される電源装置であって、
前記電池セルが円筒形電池で、前記電池集合体は前記放熱面に円筒形電池の端面を配置しており、さらに前記電池セルの端面に、隣接する該電池セルを電気接続してなるリード板が配置されて、前記リード板の表面に前記放熱シートを熱結合してなることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載される電源装置であって、
前記放熱シートがグラファイトシートであることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載される電源装置であって、
前記支持フレームと前記収納ケースが金属製であることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項7に記載される電源装置であって、
前記支持フレームが鉄製で、前記収納ケースがアルミニウム製であることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載される電源装置であって、
前記アラミド繊維シートがアラミド繊維を湿式抄紙したアラミド紙であることを特徴とする電源装置。
