Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体を収容しており、上部が開放されたU字型フレーム;
開放された前記U字型フレームの前記上部で前記電池セル積層体を覆う上部プレート;および
前記電池セル積層体と前記U字型フレームの底面の間に形成されている熱伝導性樹脂層を含み、
前記上部プレートは、前記電池セル積層体の前記複数の電池セルの積層方向に垂直な方向に陥没形成されている陥没部を含み、
前記電池セル積層体は、最外側の電池セルが前記U字型フレームの互いに対向する2つの側面部とそれぞれ対応するように前記U字型フレームの内部に収容され、
前記陥没部は、前記電池セル積層体を加圧する電池モジュール。 - 前記陥没部は、前記電池セル積層体を下側に加圧して前記電池セル積層体と前記熱伝導性樹脂層の接触面積を増加させる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の前記最外側の電池セルと該最外側の電池セルとそれぞれ対応する前記U字型フレームの前記2つの側面部の間には圧縮パッドが形成され、
前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、前記電池セル積層体と対応する部分の厚さより前記圧縮パッドと対応する部分の厚さが厚い、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記陥没部は、前記複数の電池セルの全てと垂直方向に対応するように陥没形成されている、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記陥没部は、長方形形状に陥没している、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記陥没部は、楕円形状に陥没している、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記陥没部は、前記上部プレートの縁部に沿って陥没している、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記陥没部は、複数個で形成されている、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記陥没部は前記複数の電池セルの長さ方向と垂直な方向を長さ方向として形成され、前記複数の電池セルの全てと垂直方向に対応するように陥没形成された複数の陥没部を含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~9の何れか一項による電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
