Description
(7) ある形態においては、特定の期間は、過給機が作動する場合に開始される。第1回転数は、過給機の作動開始時の内燃機関の回転数である。制御装置は、特定の期間において、内燃機関の回転数が第1回転数を下回る場合に、表示回転数を第1回転数以上にする。
図1は、本実施の形態による表示制御システムを備える車両10の駆動システムの構成の一例を示す図である。車両10は、走行用の動力源として、エンジン(内燃機関)13と、第2モータジェネレータ(以下「第2MG」とも記載する)15とを備えるハイブリッド車両である。車両10は、さらに、制御装置11と、第1モータジェネレータ(回転電機、以下「第1MG」とも記載する)14とを備える。
図2は、過給機47を有するエンジン13の構成の一例を示す図である。エンジン13は、たとえば、直列4気筒型の火花点火型の内燃機関である。図2に示すようにエンジン13は、たとえば、4つの気筒40a,40b,40c,40dが一方向に並べられて形成されるエンジン本体40を含む。
図3は、制御装置11の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。図3に示すように、制御装置11は、HV(Hybrid Vehicle)-ECU(Electronic Control Unit)62と、MG-ECU63と、エンジンECU64とを備える。
以上のような構成を有する車両10は、エンジン13および第2MG15を動力源としたハイブリッド(HV)走行モードやエンジン13を停止状態にするとともに第2MG15をバッテリ18に蓄積した電力で駆動して走行する電気(EV)走行モードなどの走行モードに設定または切り替えが可能である。各モードの設定や切り替えは、HV-ECU62により実行される。HV-ECU62は、設定または切り替えられた走行モードに基づいてエンジン13、第1MG14および第2MG15を制御する。
図4は、エンジン13の動作点を説明するための図である。図4において、縦軸はエンジントルクTe(エンジン13のトルク)を示し、横軸はエンジン回転数Neを示す。図4において、エンジントルクTeとエンジン回転数Neとで決まる点がエンジン13の動作点である。
車両10において、アクセル開度の増加に伴って、エンジン動作点を、NA域内の第1エンジン動作点P1から、第1エンジン動作点P1よりも高回転かつ高トルク側かつ過給域内の第2エンジン動作点P2に移動させて車両10を加速させる場合を想定する。
上述のように、過給加速制御期間中においては、エンジン回転数Neが開始時回転数Ne0未満の回転数に一時的に低下された後に目標回転数Ntagに増加される。この際、仮にエンジン回転数Neの低下に伴って表示エンジン回転数Ned(表示装置36に表示されるエンジン回転数Ne)が一時的に低下すると、ユーザがアクセル開度を増加させて加速を要求しているにも関わらず表示エンジン回転数Nedが低下することになるため、ユーザに違和感を与えてしまうことが懸念される。
上述の実施の形態においては、過給加速制御の初期期間において、表示エンジン回転数Nedを開始時回転数Ne0に維持する例について説明した。
上述の実施の形態においては、車両10が、エンジン13と駆動輪24との間に、電気式の無段変速機構として機能する遊星歯車機構20および第1MG14を備える例について説明した。しかしながら、車両10に備えられる無段変速機構は、必ずしも電気式の無段変速機構に限定されるものではなく、金属ベルトなどを用いる機械式の無段変速機構であってもよい。
上述の実施の形態においては、車両10がハイブリッド車両である場合について説明した。しかしながら、本開示による制御が適用可能な車両は、ハイブリッド車両に限定されるものではない。たとえば、エンジンと駆動輪との間に無段変速機構を備えるコンベンショナルな車両にも、本開示による制御は適用可能である。
上述の実施の形態においては、エンジン13が過給機47を備える例について説明した。しかしながら、本開示による制御は、過給機を備えないエンジンにも適用可能である。
Claims (5)
- 表示制御システムと、
駆動輪と、
内燃機関と前記駆動輪との間に設けられる無段変速機構とを備え、
前記表示制御システムは、
前記内燃機関の回転数を表示するように構成された表示装置と、
前記表示装置に表示される回転数である表示回転数を制御するように構成された制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関の回転数が第1回転数から前記第1回転数未満の回転数に低下した後に前記第1回転数よりも高い第2回転数に増加する特定の期間において、前記表示回転数を前記第1回転数から前記第1回転数未満の回転数に低下させることなく前記第2回転数に増加させ、
前記内燃機関は、過給機を備え、
前記特定の期間は、前記過給機が作動する場合に開始され、
前記第1回転数は、前記過給機の作動開始時の前記内燃機関の回転数であり、
前記制御装置は、前記特定の期間において、前記内燃機関の回転数が前記第1回転数を下回る場合に、前記表示回転数を前記第1回転数以上にする、車両。 - 表示制御システムと、
駆動輪と、
内燃機関と前記駆動輪との間に設けられる無段変速機構とを備え、
前記表示制御システムは、
前記内燃機関の回転数を表示するように構成された表示装置と、
前記表示装置に表示される回転数である表示回転数を制御するように構成された制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関の回転数が第1回転数から前記第1回転数未満の回転数に低下した後に前記第1回転数よりも高い第2回転数に増加する特定の期間において、前記表示回転数を前記第1回転数から前記第1回転数未満の回転数に低下させることなく前記第2回転数に増加させ、
前記特定の期間は、アクセル開度が増加された場合に開始され、
前記第1回転数は、前記アクセル開度の増加開始時の前記内燃機関の回転数であり、
前記制御装置は、前記特定の期間において、前記内燃機関の回転数が前記第1回転数を下回る場合に、前記表示回転数を前記第1回転数以上にする、車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記特定の期間において、前記表示回転数を前記第1回転数に維持した後に前記第2回転数に増加させる、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記特定の期間において、前記表示回転数を前記第1回転数から予め定められた増加速度で増加させる、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記特定の期間において、前記車両の加速に伴って前記内燃機関の回転数が前記表示回転数に達した後は、前記表示回転数を前記内燃機関の回転数にする、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の車両。
