Description
Claims (3)
- 電力変換用の半導体素子を収容している複数のパワーモジュールと、
第1方向に沿って複数の前記パワーモジュールと積層されている複数の冷却器と、
複数の前記パワーモジュールと複数の前記冷却器の積層体を前記第1方向において挟んでいる一対の保持板と、
前記第1方向に交差する第2方向における前記積層体のそれぞれの側端で前記一対の保持板を連結している一対の連結梁と、
それぞれの前記パワーモジュールの制御端子に接続されている基板と、
を備えており、
前記制御端子は、前記第1方向と前記第2方向の両方に交差する第3方向に沿って延びており、
前記基板は前記第3方向で前記積層体に隣接しており、
前記一対の保持板の少なくとも一方に前記基板を位置決めする位置決め部が設けられており、
前記一対の連結梁のそれぞれは前記第1方向で第1分割梁と第2分割梁に分割されており、前記第1分割梁と前記第2分割梁が弾性部材で連結されている、
電力変換器。 - 複数の前記パワーモジュールは、前記制御端子が設けられている面とは反対側の面にパワー端子を有しており、
複数の前記パワーモジュールの前記パワー端子に接続されているコンデンサをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の電力変換器。 - 前記一対の保持板の少なくとも一方が前記積層体を収容しているハウジングの内面に接している、請求項1または2に記載の電力変換器。
