Claims (9)
- 複数の軟磁性金属粒子を含み、巻芯と、前記巻芯の一端に設けられた第1フランジと、前記巻芯の他端に設けられた第2フランジと、を有するコアと、
前記コアに巻回された巻線と、
前記巻線の少なくとも一部、前記第1フランジの一部のみ、及び前記第2フランジの一部のみを覆うように前記コアに設けられ、前記コアよりも小さな比透磁率を有する外装体と、
を備え、
前記コアの比透磁率は60以下であり、
前記外装体の比透磁率は30を超える、
コイル部品。 - 前記外装体の比透磁率は50以下である、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コアは、前記複数の軟磁性金属粒子のうち隣接するもの同士が結合した結合体を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コアは、樹脂を含み、
前記複数の軟磁性金属粒子は、前記樹脂中に含まれている、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記コアにおける前記複数の軟磁性金属粒子の含有量が50wt%~95wt%である、請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記複数の軟磁性金属粒子は、Fe粒子を含み、前記コアにおける前記Fe粒子の含有量が50wt%~95wt%である、請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記複数の軟磁性金属粒子は、Fe粒子を含み、前記コアにおける前記Fe粒子の含有量が55wt%~85wt%である、請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記外装体は、複数の磁性粒子を含む複合樹脂材料から形成されている、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1フランジに設けられており前記巻線と電気的に接続される第1外部電極と、
前記第2フランジに設けられており前記巻線と電気的に接続される第2外部電極と、
をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。
