Claims (11)
- 第1磁性材料から成り第1平均粒径を有する複数の第1金属磁性粒子と、
前記第1磁性材料よりも低い透磁率を有する絶縁性の材料から成り前記複数の第1金属磁性粒子の各々を被覆する被膜と、
前記第1平均粒径よりも小さな第2平均粒径を有する複数の第2金属磁性粒子と、
前記第1磁性材料よりも低い透磁率を有する樹脂材料から成り、前記複数の第1金属磁性粒子及び前記複数の第2金属磁性粒子を結着させる結着材と、
を備え、
前記複数の第2金属磁性粒子の各々は、その外表面において前記結着材に接している、
磁性基体。 - 前記複数の第2金属磁性粒子は、前記複数の第1金属磁性粒子のうちの隣接する一組の第1金属磁性粒子の中心同士を結ぶ仮想中心線と重複しない位置に配置される、
請求項1に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記複数の第2金属磁性粒子の少なくとも一部は、前記被膜に接している、
請求項1又は2に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記第2金属磁性粒子のアスペクト比が1.0〜1.4の範囲にある、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記複数の第2磁性金属粒子の平均粒径は、前記複数の第1金属磁性粒子の平均粒径の10%以下である、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記複数の第1金属磁性粒子の平均粒径は10μmから50μmの範囲にある、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記複数の第2磁性金属粒子の平均粒径は、0.1μmから5μmの範囲にある、
請求項1から65のいずれか1項に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記複数の第1磁性金属粒子のうち隣接する粒子間の距離は、前記複数の第2金属磁性粒子の平均粒径の10倍以下である、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記複数の第1磁性金属粒子のうち隣接する粒子間の距離は、10nmから15μmの範囲にある、
請求項8に記載の磁性基体。 - 前記磁性基体における前記第1磁性金属粒子及び前記第2磁性金属粒子の合計の充填率は85%以上である、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の磁性基体。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の磁性基体と、
前記磁性基体内に設けられたコイル導体と、
を備えるコイル部品。
