Claims (37)

ソケットを有する第2の付加的に製造されるコンポーネントと、
前記第1のコンポーネントの表面に係合するヘッド、および、前記ヘッドから前記第1のコンポーネントの穴を通って前記第2の付加的に製造されるコンポーネントのソケット内に延びるシャフト、を有するピンであって、前記ピンは、前記第1の付加的に製造されるコンポーネントの穴および前記第2の付加的に製造されるコンポーネントのスロットと連通する接着剤注入チャネルを備える、ピンと、
を備える、装置。 - 前記接着剤注入チャネルは、前記ヘッドから前記ピンの前記シャフトを通って延びる、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記ピンの前記接着剤注入チャネルを通って、前記第1のコンポーネントの穴および前記第2の付加的に製造されるコンポーネントのスロット内に延びる接着剤をさらに備える、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のコンポーネントの穴および前記第2の付加的に製造されるコンポーネントのスロット内の接着剤を密封するために、前記第1のコンポーネントと前記第2の付加的に製造されるコンポーネントとの間にシールをさらに備える、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 方法であって、
第1のコンポーネントを付加的に製造するステップと、
前記第1のコンポーネントを第2のコンポーネントに相互接続するための、前記第1のコンポーネント内に含まれる拘束ナットを付加的に製造するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記拘束ナットを付加的に製造するステップは、前記拘束ナットを前記第1のコンポーネントと共同印刷するステップを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記拘束ナットを付加的に製造するステップは、ねじ山を形成するステップを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記ねじ山を形成するステップは、ねじ山を付加的に製造するステップを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコンポーネントは、前記拘束ナットが回転するのを防ぐように付加的に製造される、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコンポーネントと一緒に空洞を形成し、前記拘束ナットが前記拘束ナットの軸線に沿って移動することを可能にするシムを追加するステップをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。

- 前記第1のコンポーネントを付加的に製造するステップは、付加的に製造されたねじ部を形成するステップを含み、前記第1のコンポーネントの前記ねじ部と係合するねじ付きインサートを含むインサートを形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコンポーネントの一部と前記インサートとの間にシムを追加するステップをさらに含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコンポーネントと一緒に空洞を形成する保持プレートを付加的に製造するステップをさらに含み、前記拘束ナットは前記空洞内に含まれる、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記拘束ナットを取り付けるために前記第1のコンポーネント内のスロット内でスライドする保持プレートを形成し、前記拘束ナットを保持するために前記第1のコンポーネント内のスロットから外へスライドする保持プレートを形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記保持プレートは、前記空洞を開いて中に前記拘束ナットを配置する第1の位置と、前記拘束ナットを前記空洞にロックする第2の位置との間で回転可能に付加的に製造される、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記保持プレートの閉鎖および解放を促進するように構成された拘束ラグまたは拘束スタッドのうちの少なくとも1つを形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコンポーネントを付加的に製造するステップは、ノードを付加的に製造するステップを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
