Description
Claims (13)

前記支持構造(120)は、弾性部材(122)と剛性支持プレート(124)とを含み、前記弾性部材(122)は、硬化ゴムで作られており、前記剛性支持プレート(124)と前記切削ナイフ(110)との間に配置される、
切削工具(100)。 - 前記切削ナイフ(110)は、前記切れ刃(112)が延在する剛性ベース部材(114)を含む、請求項1に記載の切削工具(100)。
- 前記切れ刃(112)は、閉鎖経路に沿って延在する、請求項1又は2に記載の切削工具(100)。
- 前記閉鎖経路は、円形状を有する、請求項3に記載の切削工具(100)。

- 切削システム(200)であって、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの切削工具(100)と、使用中にコア材料層(10)を支持し、かつ前記少なくとも1つの切削工具(100)に係合するためのアンビル(220)とを含む切削システム(200)。
- 前記アンビル(220)は、剛性材料によって形成される、請求項7に記載の切削システム(200)。
- 前記アンビル(220)は、アンビルローラー(230)の一部を形成し、前記切削工具(100)は、請求項5または6に記載の切削デバイス(150)の一部を形成する、請求項7または8に記載の切削システム(200)。
- 前記アンビルローラー(230)の円周に沿って配置された複数の切削デバイス(150)を含む、請求項9に記載の切削システム(200)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切削デバイス(150)は、前記アンビルローラー(230)に対して半径方向に可動である、請求項9または10に記載の切削システム(200)。

コア材料層を剛性アンビルの支持面上に配置し、
切削工具の円周方向切れ刃を、前記コア材料層が切削されると同時に前記切削工具の支持構造が変形されるように前記コア材料層に押し付け、前記コア材料層にキャップ、クロージャ-、又はストロー用の貫通穴を設け、前記支持構造は、弾性部材と剛性支持プレートとを含み、前記弾性部材は、硬化ゴムで作られており、前記剛性支持プレートと前記切削工具との間に配置され、前記剛性支持プレートは切削ローラーのコアシリンダを形成する、
