Description
-(図5においてMが付されたブロックで示すような)単一の駆動ユニットによって第一動的ユニット(6、6’)と第二動的ユニット(11)とを動作させ、
-(第三歯車18が遊び車として作用するので)第二動的ユニットの回転方向を逆にし、
-支持体5とキャリッジ10の対応する動作とフィルター材料の連続筒状帯状体Sの供給とを同期状態に維持すること、を同時に行うことができる。つまり、封止ヘッド4は、第三軌道T3の有効延伸部内で連続筒状帯状体Sに対して静止する。
-封止ヘッド4は、支持体5の軌道T1の第一の部分を通り、更に、キャリッジ10(曲線経路)によっても補助されて、フィルター材料の連続筒状帯状体Sへと向かって移動する。図6参照。
-封止ヘッド4は、支持体5の移動によって、従って、キャリッジ10による補助によって第一軌道T1により、フィルター材料の連続筒状帯状体Sと更に接触する状態となる。図7参照。
-封止ヘッド4は、キャリッジ10(第二軌道T2)による接触位置を維持する作用の下でフィルター材料の連続筒状帯状体Sと接触し続けるが、一方で支持体5によるフィルター材料の連続筒状帯状体Sに対して下降及び離間する動き(第一軌道T1)がある。支持体5の動きによって、封止ヘッド4は、帯状体Sの接合を行うのに十分な延伸部に関して(図8参照)、第三軌道T3の有効直線延伸部に関して、フィルター材料の連続筒状帯状体Sに追従することができる。
-支持体5(軌道T1)の戻り量の増加と共にキャリッジ10(軌道T2)の再入動作によってフィルター材料の連続筒状帯状体Sからの封止ヘッド4の離間動作が決定され、第三軌道T3の無効直線延伸部に沿って新たな上昇が行われ新たな接合サイクルが始まる(図9参照)。
Claims (8)
- 煎じ出し製品用のフィルターバッグ(1)を接合するための装置であって、
供給方向(A)に沿って移動可能なフィルター材料の連続筒状帯状体(S)の両側に位置する少なくとも二つの作業ユニット(2、3)を備え、各作業ユニット(2、3)が、
-前記フィルター材料の連続筒状帯状体(S)に対向するよう配置された封止ヘッド(4)と、
-前記封止ヘッド(4)を支持する支持体(5)と、
-二つの動的ユニット(6、6’)であって、それぞれが偏心回転システム(7、8、9、7’、8’、9’)を有しており、各動的ユニット(6、6’)は対応する第一移動軸(X1)及び第二移動軸(X2)に接続されており、前記第一移動軸(X1)及び前記第二移動軸(X2)のうちの少なくとも一つ(X1)はモータ駆動され、前記フィルター材料の連続筒状帯状体(S)の供給と同期して回転運動可能であって、前記二つの動的ユニット(6、6’)は、前記支持体(5)に連結しており、第一軌道(T1)に沿って前記支持体(5)を移動させて、少なくともフィルター材料の前記連続筒状帯状体(S)と接触する動作端位置とフィルター材料の前記連続筒状帯状体(S)と離間した非動作端位置との間で前記封止ヘッド(4)を移動させることができる、二つの動的ユニットと、を備え、
各作業ユニット(2、3)が、
-前記封止ヘッド(4)と結合するキャリッジ(10)であって、前記キャリッジ(10)は、前記支持体(5)に摺動可能に接続され、前記供給方向(A)を横切る第二軌道(T2)に沿って、前記支持体(5)に対して双方向に並進運動するよう構成されるキャリッジと、
-第一端部で第三移動軸(X3)に連結し、第二端部で前記キャリッジ(10)に連結した第二動的ユニット(11)を備え、前記第二動的ユニット(11)は、前記支持体(5)と同期して前記キャリッジ(10)を移動させるよう構成され、前記第一軌道(T1)と前記第二軌道(T2)とを組み合わせることによって、第三軌道(T3)に沿った前記封止ヘッド(4)の動作が得られ、前記第三軌道(T3)は、前記封止ヘッド(4)が前記連続筒状帯状体(S)に接する、前記連続筒状帯状体(S)の前記供給方向(A)に平行な少なくとも一つの有効直線延伸部を有し、
前記封止ヘッド(4)は、互いに同期した前記支持体(5)および前記キャリッジ(10)の移動によって、前記連続筒状帯状体(S)に向かって移動して前記連続筒状帯状体(S)に接触する状態となり、前記キャリッジ(10)による接触位置を維持する作用の下で前記連続筒状帯状体(S)と接触し続けながら、前記支持体(5)による前記連続筒状帯状体(S)に対する離間する動きによって、前記有効直線延伸部において前記連続筒状帯状体(S)に追従する、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第二動的ユニット(11)は、前記第三移動軸(X3)に接続されて前記第三移動軸(X3)に対して偏心するピン(14)を備えるクランク(13)を備えたシャフト(12)を備えており、前記第二動的ユニット(11)は更に接続ロッド(15)を備え、前記接続ロッド(15)は第一端部において前記ピン(14)に連結され、第二端部において前記封止ヘッド(4)と結合する前記キャリッジ(10)に連結する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記接続ロッド(15)は、前記封止ヘッド(4)を支持する前記キャリッジ(10)の端部と反対側に位置する点(P15)にて前記キャリッジ(10)に連結される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第三移動軸(X3)は、前記第一移動軸(X1)と前記第二移動軸(X2)との間に配置され、前記第一移動軸(X1)が第一歯車(16)を備えており、前記第二移動軸(X2)が第二歯車(17)を備えており、前記第一歯車(16)と前記第二歯車(17)とは前記偏心回転システム(7、8、9及び7’、8’、9’)の各シャフト(7、7’)にそれぞれ固定され、前記第三移動軸(X3)は、前記第二動的ユニット(11)の前記シャフト(12)に固定された第三歯車(18)を備える、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記第三移動軸(X3)は動的機構によって前記第一移動軸(X1)と第二移動軸(X2)とに接続され、前記偏心回転システム(7、8、9、7’、8’、9’)の前記対応する第一移動軸(X1)及び第二移動軸(X2)についての回転方向(V7)とは反対の回転方向(V12)に前記シャフト(12)を回転させるよう構成され、前記キャリッジ(10)の前記第二軌道(T2)を得て、前記第二軌道(T2)と、前記支持体(5)の円形に構成された前記第一軌道(T1)とを組み合わせて、「長穴状」に構成される前記封止ヘッド(4)の前記第三軌道(T3)を得る、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記キャリッジ(10)は、前記支持体(5)に形成された貫通台座(21)内に収容される対応するスリーブ(20)の内部で摺動可能な一対のシリンダ(19)を有し、これによって前記支持体(5)に対して前記キャリッジ(10)が双方向に直線的に移動することができ、前記スリーブ(20)は前記支持体(5)と安定的に結合する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第一移動軸(X1)と第二移動軸(X2)と第三移動軸(X3)とは、フィルター材料の前記連続筒状帯状体(S)の前記供給方向(A)と平行な位置にある同一平面内にある、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持体(5)は二つの端部(5a、5b)を有し、前記二つの端部(5a、5b)は、対応する前記動的ユニット(6、6’)との連結のための台座(24)と、前記キャリッジ(10)を摺動可能に収容するための中央部(5c)とを有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
