Claims (9)
- 負極と、正極と、前記正極と負極との間に介在された固体電解質層と、を含む電極組立体を含む全固体電池であって、前記負極が、負極活物質としてリチウム金属を含み、
積層面の面積を基準にして固体電解質層、負極及び正極の面積が全て同じであるか、または固体電解質層、負極及び正極の順に面積が減少し、
前記負極が、固体電解質層と面接触し、かつ固体電解質層の面内に配置され、
前記正極が、固体電解質層を介在して負極と間接的に接触し、かつ負極の面内に配置され、
前記負極と固体電解質層との間に高分子樹脂を含む保護層がさらに備えられ、
前記保護層が、所定の幅を有する縁部及び前記縁部によって囲まれた開口部を有するフレーム形態であり、
前記開口部の面積が正極の面積よりも小さく、
開口部が正極面の内側に位置するように保護層が配置されており、
前記保護層が、ポリオレフィン系高分子樹脂を含み、前記固体電解質層に比べて硬度及び/または強度が高く、
前記固体電解質層が、高分子系固体電解質を含む、全固体電池。 - 前記高分子系固体電解質が、ポリエーテル系高分子、ポリカーボネート系高分子、アクリレート系高分子、ポリシロキサン系高分子、ホスファゼン系高分子、ポリエチレン誘導体及びアルキレンオキサイド誘導体より選択されたいずれか一種以上を含む、請求項1に記載の全固体電池。
- 前記縁部によって負極の外周部分が固体電解質層と直接接触しない、請求項1または2に記載の全固体電池。
- 前記保護層の厚さは、前記固体電解質層の厚さの1/10~1/2である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の全固体電池。
- 前記保護層の縁部が所定の幅だけ前記固体電解質層の外側へ突出している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の全固体電池。
- 前記正極の末端の周縁が前記保護層の縁部の内側に位置するように積層される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の全固体電池。
- 積層面の面積を基準にして、前記固体電解質層、負極及び正極の面積が全て同一であり、前記保護層は、縁部における所定の幅を有する外側の一部が固体電解質層の外へ突出し、前記突出部分が固体電解質層の方向へ折り曲げられて固体電解質層及び正極の積層端面を囲む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の全固体電池。
- 前記突出部分の末端が正極の表面の外周の全部または一部を被覆する方式で保護層が折り曲げられている、請求項7に記載の全固体電池。
- 前記保護層が、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンの少なくとも一つ以上を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の全固体電池。
