Claims (12)
- 分離膜が介装された状態で陽極と陰極が積層された構造の電極組立体を含むパウチ型二次電池であって、
前記電極組立体の電極タブと電気的に連結される電極リードの一面には電極リードの破断を誘導するための、前記電極リードの長手方向を中心軸としてみて非対称形状のノッチが形成され、
前記電極リードの一面及び他面には電極リードと電池ケースの接着力を高めるためのリードフィルムが付着され、
前記リードフィルムは、前記ノッチを中心に電極組立体収納部方向に位置する第1リードフィルム及び電池ケースの外側に突出した電極リード方向に位置する第2リードフィルムを含んでなり、
前記ノッチの凹んでいる中心部の深さは、前記電極リードの長手方向に垂直な方向に平行な第1方向に増加するパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第1リードフィルムは電極リードの他面にのみ位置する、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第2リードフィルムは、電極リードを中心に電極リードの一面及び他面で少なくとも一部が互いに重畳するように位置する、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第2リードフィルムは、電極リードの上面に位置する上部リードフィルムと電極リードの下面に位置する下部リードフィルムの平面上大きさが互いに異なる、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第2リードフィルムは、電極リードを基準に第1リードフィルムが位置する側に付着されたリードフィルムの大きさが反対側に位置するリードフィルムの大きさより小さい、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記ノッチは、電極リードの長手方向に垂直な方向に電極リードの一側端から他側端まで連続的な形状になる、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記ノッチの幅は前記第1方向に増加する、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記ノッチが形成された部分の電極リードの厚さはノッチが形成されていない電極リードの厚さに対して10%~90%である、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記ノッチの凹んでいる中心部の深さは、最大値に対する最小値の比率が0.1~0.9である、請求項6に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記電極リードは、ノッチを中心に第1リードフィルムが付着された内側電極リード、及び第2リードフィルムが付着された外側電極リードを含んでなる、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記内側電極リード及び外側電極リードは、前記ノッチが破断された状態でそれぞれ上部ケース又は下部ケースのいずれか一方に付着されている、請求項10に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池を含む、デバイス。
