Claims (2)
- 流入部である一次室と流出部である二次室とを有する弁箱と、
前記弁箱の内部に配設された弁座と、
前記弁座に着座可能な弁体と、
前記弁体に連なるプランジャと、
前記プランジャを、前記プランジャの軸心方向に沿って移動させ、前記弁体を前記弁座に着座する閉弁状態と、前記弁座から退座する開弁状態とに切り替える、少なくともモータおよびギアを含む駆動部と、
前記弁体の上面と前記駆動部との間に設けられた受圧室と、
前記プランジャの軸心方向に沿って前記弁体に設けられた、前記二次室と前記受圧室とを連通する導通路とを備えた流量制御弁であって、
前記導通路により前記弁体の上面がある前記受圧室内の圧力と前記弁体の下面がある前記二次室内の圧力とが略同一となり、
前記弁体は、上面の面積が下面の面積よりやや大きくなるように形成され、それにより、常時、前記弁体に対して開弁方向に力が加わることを特徴とする流量制御弁。 - 前記弁体は、上面が前記受圧室の下面となる上部弁体と、
下面が前記二次室の上面となる下部弁体とから構成され、
前記上部弁体と前記下部弁体との間には互いに付勢する付勢部材とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流量制御弁。
