Description
前記第1タブの、前記孔から前記封口板側に引き出された領域の少なくとも一部は、前記絶縁板に対向する部分がタブテープで被覆されており、
前記タブテープは、前記第1タブ側の第1接着層と、前記第1接着層とは反対側の第2接着層と、を少なくとも備えており、前記第1接着層を介して、前記第1タブに接触している。
タブテープ23は、第1タブ15a側に配置される第1接着層23bと第1接着層23bとは反対側の第2接着層23cとを少なくとも備えていればよい。基材層23aは必ずしも備える必要はないが、強度などの観点からは、第1接着層23bおよび第2接着層23cが基材層23aの双方の表面にそれぞれ形成されたタブテープ23を用いることが好ましい。
8μm以上50μm以下であり、12μm以上25μm以下であることが好ましい。
以下に、リチウムイオン二次電池の場合を例に挙げて、巻回型電池のタブテープ以外の構成についてより具体的に説明する。

Claims (4)
- 第1電極および前記第1電極とは反対極性を有する第2電極を備える巻回式の電極群と、電解質と、前記電極群および前記電解質を収容する電池ケースと、前記電池ケースの開口部を封口する封口板と、前記電極群と前記封口板との間に配置され、かつ孔を有する絶縁板と、前記孔を通って前記第1電極と前記封口板とを電気的に接続する第1タブと、前記第2電極と前記電池ケースとを電気的に接続する第2タブと、を備え、
前記第1タブの、前記孔から前記封口板側に引き出された領域の少なくとも一部は、前記絶縁板に対向する部分がタブテープで被覆されており、
前記タブテープは、前記第1タブ側の第1接着層と、前記第1接着層とは反対側の第2接着層と、を少なくとも備えており、前記第1接着層を介して、前記第1タブに接触し、前記第2接着層の少なくとも一部を介して、前記絶縁板に付着し、
前記タブテープは、前記孔の少なくとも一部を覆うように配置されている、巻回型電池。 - 前記第2接着層は、硬化性樹脂組成物またはその硬化物である、請求項1に記載の巻回型電池。
- 前記硬化性樹脂組成物は、熱硬化性樹脂組成物である、請求項2に記載の巻回型電池。
- 前記第2接着層は、絶縁性である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の巻回型電池。
