Description
図1は本発明に係る電池の斜視図である。電池1は、銅集電体に負極合剤を塗布してなる負極板及びアルミ集電体に正極合剤を塗布してなる正極板がセパレータを介して巻回された扁平巻状の発電素子2と、非水電解液とを電池ケース6に収容してなるものである。電池ケース6は、底及び側壁を有し、開口部には安全弁8及び負極端子9を備えたケース蓋7がレーザー溶接によって取り付けられている。また、負極端子9は負極リードを介して負極板と接続され、正極板は電池ケース6の内面と接続されている。

Claims (3)
- 基材層および粘着層を有し、前記基材層が前記粘着層側の第1基材層及び該第1基材層とアクリル系粘着剤で粘着された第2基材層を有するテープを備え、前記テープが発電素子に含まれるセパレータと接触する部分に貼着されていることを特徴とする電池。
- 前記第1基材層は融点が200℃以上の合成樹脂層であり、前記第2基材層は融点が150℃以下の合成樹脂層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 電極板を巻回してケースに収容する電池において、
請求項1または2記載のテープが、前記電極板の巻回中心軸と交差するケース内面部分に貼着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電池。
