Description
SUS 301Hステンレス鋼板(厚さ0.2mm)をアルカリ洗浄剤で脱脂し、表面に付着している油分を取り除いた。このステンレス鋼板上に、表面処理剤皮膜中でのZr、P、Alの元素比率が35:10:55となるように、炭酸ジルコニウムアンモニウム、リン酸およびアルミナの量を調整した表面処理剤を、片面目付量が200~300mg/m2になるように塗布し、200℃で1分間乾燥した。

重質炭酸カルシウム(備北粉化工業製品ソフトン3200、 70 〃
平均粒径0.7μm)
以上の各成分をニーダおよびオープンロールで混練し、メチルエチルケトン-トルエン混合溶媒中に固形分濃度が25重量%となるように溶解させて塗布し、60℃で5分間乾燥し、乾燥後の膜厚が25μmになるように調整した。
摩耗試験:株式会社レスカ製FPR-2100型ピンオンディスク摩擦摩耗試
験機を用い、直径5.00±0.01mm、長さ25.00±0.01mm、先
端球面S10、材質SUJ2、硬度HRC58、先端面粗度Ra0.5のピ
ンを、上記試験機のターンテーブル上の50mm角の試験片に
押し付け、摩擦長さ25mm、回転速度50mm/分、半径40mm、
往復角度35.8°で、円弧状ターンテーブルを往復回転させ
た。
このとき、5kgの荷重で測定を実施した。
試験回数が600回を超えるものを、摩耗性良好と判断した
ブリスタ試験:直径10mmの孔を穿けた穿孔ゴム金属積層体を管状体内
に固定し、内圧0.1MPa、水温95℃の条件下で、水を下方か
ら上方に流し、試験時に100時毎に治具を開け、ゴム金属
積層体のブリスタの有無を目視で確認し、ブリスタが発生
した時間を測定した。
400時間を超えたものを、耐ブリスタ性良好とした
実施例1において、重質炭酸カルシウムとして、同量(70重量部)の酸処理重質炭酸カルシウム(備北粉化工業製品ホワイトンSBアカ、平均粒径1.8μm)が用いられた。
実施例1において、重質炭酸カルシウムとして、同量(70重量部)の重質炭酸カルシウム(同社製品BF-300、平均粒径8.0μm)が用いられた。
実施例1において、重質炭酸カルシウムとして、同量(70重量部)の脂肪酸処理重質炭酸カルシウム(同社製品ライトンA、平均粒径1.8μm)が用いられた。
平均粒径8.0μmの重質炭酸カルシウムが用いられた実施例3において、有機過酸化物-トリアリルイソシアヌレート架橋系の代りに、
硫黄(鶴見化学工業製品コロイド硫黄) 1.5重量部
加硫促進剤(大内新興化学工業製品ノクセラーTT-P) 3 〃
加硫促進剤(同社製品CZ) 3 〃
が用いられた。
実施例1~3において、カーボンブラック量が50重量部に、シリカ量が35重量部に、また重質炭酸カルシウム量がいずれも30重量部に変更された。
実施例6において、重質炭酸カルシウムが用いられなかった。
実施例6において、重質炭酸カルシウムの代りに、60重量部の脂肪酸処理軽質炭酸カルシウム(白石工業製品白艶華CC、一次粒径0.05μm)が用いられた。

Claims (1)
- NBRまたは水素化NBR 100重量部当り20~100重量部の重質炭酸カルシウムを添加したNBR組成物を、有機過酸化物でパーオキサイド架橋成形したシリンダヘッドガスケット。
