Abstract
本開示によれば、電気コネクタはコネクタ外周面の樹脂を貫通し、外部導体と導通する導通部を有するので、シールドケーブルの外部導体が金属筐体へ導通するまでの経路長が長くなることを抑えることができる。
Description
以下、本実施の形態1に係る電気コネクタについて説明する。実施の形態1では、電気コネクタをコネクタとコネクタの接続を仲介する仲介コネクタ100として使用する場合について説明する。
図3は、本実施の形態1に係る仲介コネクタ100の内部導体110の斜視図である。図3(a)は内部導体110をシールドケーブル側から見た場合の斜視図であり、(b)はその反対側から見た場合の斜視図である。第一の内部導体111は、メス構造となっているシールドケーブルコネクタ200の中心導体と嵌合するためオス構造となっている。仲介コネクタ100とシールドケーブルコネクタ200が接続されると、シールドケーブルコネクタ200の内部導体と電気的に接続される。第二の内部導体112は、オス構造となっている回路基板コネクタ300の中心導体と嵌合するためメス構造となっている。仲介コネクタ100と回路基板コネクタ300が接続されると、回路基板コネクタ300の内部導体と電気的に接続される。第一の内部導体111と第二の内部導体112は、同じ軸上に配置されており、その一部または全面が導体性の部材で接続されている。
接続部材113は、導体性の部材で構成され、後述する絶縁部120と嵌合する際の位置決めや固定するためのものである。本実施の形態では、直径を太くした構造としたが、絶縁部に対して位置決めや固定ができるものであれば、突起や爪など、どのような形状でも良い。
図4(a)は、本実施の形態1に係る仲介コネクタ100の絶縁部120の斜視図である。絶縁部120は、中央に穴121を有する円筒形状であり、穴121の位置に内部導体110が配置される。穴121の中央には、内部導体の接続部材113を嵌合させるための構造122が設けられている。
図4(a)において絶縁部120は一体構造としたが、図4(b)に示すように絶縁部120は2つの構成から成っても良い。絶縁部120は、図4(b)に示す構造122のように、内部導体110の位置合わせや固定するため、絶縁部120の穴121に凸構造と凹構造を設け、内部導体110の接続部材113と噛み合わせる構造としても良い。
また、モールド部140の2つの部材140a及び140bを嵌合する際、位置決めや固定のための凹凸構造や爪構造が2つの部材140a及び140bの嵌合面や表面にあっても良い。
このように、外部導体130と導通する導通部150がモールド部140の外周にあるので、金属筐体400に設けられた回路基板コネクタ300に接続する際に金属筐体400と接触させて回路基板301のグランド線を介さずに導通させることができる。

- 信号を伝達する内部導体と、
前記内部導体の外周面を覆う絶縁部と、
前記絶縁部の外周面を覆い、前記絶縁部により前記内部導体と絶縁
された外部導体と、
前記外部導体の外周面を覆う絶縁性のモールド部と、
前記外部導体と導通し、前記モールド部を貫通して、前記モールド部の外側に接続先に向かって傾きのある面を有する導通部とを備え、
前記外部導体と前記導通部とは一体であること
を特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記導通部は、
