Description
Claims (11)
- バイオプロセシングに使用するピンチバルブ組み立て体であって、
組み立て体筐体(1)と;
交換可能な圧縮器構成要素(2)であって、閉鎖組み立て体のネジ付き構成要素に固定されるネジ付き通路を具備する、交換可能な圧縮器構成要素(2)と;
それぞれが、異なるサイズの流体導管を保持するような寸法になされた複数の交換可能なホルダー構成要素(3)であって、当該ホルダー構成要素は前記交換可能な圧縮器構成要素に対面し、また該ホルダー構成要素は、前記組み立て体筐体の内部で前記ホルダー構成要素が固定されるように、その基部にネジ付き通路をさらに具備するものである、当該複数の交換可能なホルダー構成要素のうちのひとつと;
を具備している、流体導管を圧縮する当該ピンチバルブ組み立て体であり、使用時には、前記閉鎖組み立て体によって、前記組み立て体筐体の内部で前記ホルダー構成要素に向かって前記圧縮器構成要素が移動可能となるようにして、内部流体の圧力に抗して前記異なるサイズの流体導管のいずれかひとつを封止するのに十分な力でもって前記圧縮器構成要素と前記ホルダー構成要素との間の前記流体導管を圧縮するように構成される、ピンチバルブ組み立て体。 - 使用時には、前記圧縮器構成要素と前記ホルダー構成要素との間の当該流体導管が圧縮されていない開位置と、前記圧縮器構成要素と前記ホルダー構成要素との間の前記流体導管が圧縮されている閉位置との間で、前記圧縮器構成要素が移動可能である、請求項1に記載のピンチバルブ組み立て体。
- 前記ホルダー構成要素が、前記基部のネジ付き通路の中に挿入されたネジ付きボルトを介して前記組み立て体筐体に固定可能である、請求項2に記載のピンチバルブ組み立て体。
- 前記組み立て体筐体に固定可能な閉鎖組み立て体(8、15)をさらに具備している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のピンチバルブ組み立て体。
- 前記閉鎖組み立て体がクランプ(9)を用いて前記組み立て体筐体に固定される、請求項4に記載のピンチバルブ組み立て体。
- 前記閉鎖組み立て体が手動で起動されるように構成される、請求項4または5に記載のピンチバルブ組み立て体。
- 前記閉鎖組み立て体が空気圧により起動されるように構成される、請求項4または5に記載のピンチバルブ組み立て体。
- 前記閉鎖組み立て体が細長い構成要素を具備し、前記閉鎖組み立て体が、前記細長い構成要素へのねじり力の印加により開位置から閉位置(closed positon)に前記圧縮器構成要素を移動させるように構成される、請求項6に記載のピンチバルブ組み立て体。
- 前記閉鎖組み立て体が、付勢される構成要素を具備し、前記閉鎖組み立て体が前記付勢される構成要素の空気圧作動により開位置から閉位置(closed positon)に前記圧縮器構成要素を移動させるように構成される、請求項7に記載のピンチバルブ組み立て体。
- 前記圧縮器構成要素がステンレス鋼から作製される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のピンチバルブ組み立て体。
- 前記ホルダー構成要素が、ポリフェニルスルホン、すなわちPPSUから作製される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のピンチバルブ組み立て体。
