Description
本出願は、2018年4月25日に提出された韓国特許出願第10-2018-0047791号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、該当韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。

下記実施例又は比較例のバリアフィルムの水分透過度は、30℃の温度及び100%の相対湿度下でAQUATRAN2機器(MOCON社)を用いて測定した。測定結果は、下記表1に示した。
下記実施例又は比較例のバリアフィルムのアンチブロッキング層の表面粗さは、Nano view E1000機器(Nanosystem社)を用いて測定した。アンチブロッキング層表面の任意の0.310mm×0.232mm面積の領域に対して表面粗さを測定した。結果は、下記表1に示した。
下記実施例又は比較例のバリアフィルムのアンチブロッキング層の摩擦係数は、FP‐2260機器(Thwing‐Albert Instrument社)を用いて測定した。200g重さのスレッド(sled)を用いてSUS(ステンレス鋼,stainless steel)表面とアンチブロッキング層の摩擦係数を測定した。静止摩擦係数は、長さ8cm領域に対して18cm/minの測定速度で測定し、動摩擦係数は、5cmの領域で18cm/minの測定速度で測定した。
バリア層の製造
ポリシラザンをジブチルエーテル(dibutyl ether)に溶解したコーティング液をバーコート法により厚さが50μmであるPET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート,Poly(ethylene terephthalate))フィルム(T600E50、Mitsubishi社)に塗布し、得られた塗膜を70℃で1分間及び130℃で2分間維持して、厚さ約300nmであるポリシラザン層を形成した。
ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート(PETA、pentaerythritol triacrylate、3官能、分子量:約298.291g/mol)及びジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA、dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate、6官能、分子量:約524g/mol)を約8:2の重量割合(PETA:DPHA)で溶媒(プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル(propylene glycol monomethyl ether))に溶解した。上記にPETA及びDPHAの合計重量100重量部に対して4重量部の重合開始剤(Irgacure 127、Ciba社)及び0.4重量部の粒子(平均粒径(D50粒径):5μm、GB05S、Aica Kogyo社)を添加してコーティング液を調剤した。前記一面にポリシラザン層が形成されたPETフィルムのポリシラザン層が形成されない面に前記コーティング液をバーコート法により塗布し、得られた塗膜を100℃で2分間維持した後に紫外線の照射を通じて硬化させて、厚さが1μm程度であるアンチブロッキング層を形成した。
上記製造された積層体(ポリシラザン層/PETフィルム/アンチブロッキング層)2個をそれぞれ20cm及び30cmのサイズで裁断した。引き続き、一つの積層体のアンチブロッキング層と他の積層体のポリシラザン層を互いに接触させて、20kgの荷重を24時間の間印加した。
前記ブロッキングテスト後にポリシラザンの硬化に通常的に適用される真空プラズマ硬化方式でポリシラザン層を硬化させてバリアフィルムを製造した。
アンチブロッキング層を形成するコーティング液の調剤時に平均粒径(D50粒径)が5μmである粒子の代わりに平均粒径(D50粒径)が20μmである粒子(MX‐2000、Soken社)を適用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一にバリアフィルムを製造した。
アンチブロッキング層を形成するコーティング液の調剤時に平均粒径(D50粒径)が5μmである粒子の代わりに平均粒径(D50粒径)が0.05μmである粒子及び0.1μmである粒子を適用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一にバリアフィルムを製造した。

Claims (11)
- バリア層、アンチブロッキング層、及び前記バリア層と前記アンチブロッキング層との間の機能性層を含み、
前記バリア層は、ポリシラザンバリア層であり、
前記アンチブロッキング層は、アクリレート単位を含み、
前記アンチブロッキング層は、平均粒径が0.3μm~50μmの範囲内である粒子を含み、
前記アンチブロッキング層は、4官能以下の多官能性アクリレート単位100重量部に対して1~50重量部の4官能超過の多官能性アクリレート単位を含み、
前記粒子の平均粒径(A)と前記アンチブロッキング層の厚さ(B)の割合(A/B)が4.5~25の範囲内であることを特徴とする、バリアフィルム。 - 前記機能性層は、基材層及びバッファ層のうち一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記バリア層の厚さが10nm~500nmの範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記粒子を除いた前記アンチブロッキング層の総重量に対して前記4官能以下の多官能性アクリレート単位の重量割合が60重量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記アンチブロッキング層の表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)が50nm~500nmの範囲内であり、粗さ曲線の最大断面高さ(Rt)が1μm~10μmの範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記アンチブロッキング層の表面の静止摩擦係数が0.15~0.5の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記アンチブロッキング層の表面の動摩擦係数が0.15~0.5の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記アンチブロッキング層の厚さが0.1μm~100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 光源及び請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバリアフィルムを含む照明装置。
- 請求項10に記載の照明装置を含むディスプレイ装置。
