Claims (8)
- マルチ冠状配列のマルチルーメン管状製品のための押出装置であって、
通路キャビティ(2a)と平均流出方向(2b)とを画定する本体(2)であって、前記本体(2)は押出ラインの端部に位置決め可能であり、前記通路キャビティは押出材料によって貫通可能である、本体(2)と、
前記本体(2)の第1の面に形成され、前記通路キャビティ(2a)に対する複数の入口領域を画定する入口面(3)と、
前記本体の、前記第1の面とは反対側の第2の面に形成され、前記通路キャビティ(2a)からの複数の出口領域を画定する出口面(4)と、を含み、
前記出口面(4)の中央部分に位置し、前記押出材料のダイスウェルの自然膨張流を可能にするように構成された拡張部分(4a)をさらに備え、
前記拡張部分(4a)は、それぞれ異なる中間半径を有する少なくとも2つの同心冠状円周に沿って配置された通過開口部の配列を画定し、前記少なくとも2つの同心冠状円周は前記装置(1)を通して得ることができる製品の最大直径よりも小さい2つのそれぞれの平均直径を画定し、
前記通過開口部の配列における異なる通過開口部を通る材料の各々の部分流は、前記平均流出方向(2b)に平行であり、互いに隣接する部分流は自然膨張によって互いに接触して再結合し、
前記拡張部分(4a)は、マトリックス配列に従ってセグメント化され相互に配列された複数のスロット(4b)を形成するように幾何学的に成形され、前記複数のスロット(4b)は、円弧状または曲線を有する所定数のスロット(4b)と、実質的に直線のセグメントを有する所定数のスロット(4b)とを備え、前記通過開口部の配列における異なる通過開口部を通る材料の各々の部分流の自然発生する再結合は、前記拡張部分(4a)の壁と接触することなく前記拡張部分(4a)内で生じる、押出装置。 - 前記拡張部分(4a)が、円弧状または曲線を有する閉じた一連のスロット(4b)を通して前記少なくとも2つの同心冠状円周を画定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張部分(4a)が、実質的に直線のセグメントを有するスロット(4b)の放射状配列を介して前記少なくとも2つの冠状円周と、前記装置(1)を通して製造可能な製品の最大直径以下の平均直径を有する少なくとも1つの前記冠状円周に対して放射状に配置される少なくとも1つの放射状通路とを画定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記通路キャビティ(2a)が実質的に平行な複数の軸方向導管によって画定され、前記複数の軸方向導管が前記拡張部分(4a)を画定する前記複数のスロット(4b)の中央部分に現れる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張部分(4a)を画定する前記セグメント化された複数のスロット(4b)は、それぞれの端部において少なくとも一対で幾何学的に相互接続されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張部分(4a)を画定する前記セグメント化された複数のスロット(4b)は、幾何学的に分離されているが、それぞれの端部において少なくとも一対で相互に近接した関係で配置されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記本体(2)内で機能的に作動し、前記本体の前記複数の軸方向導管の間に挿入されて、少なくとも前記出口面(4)において前記装置を通して製造可能な前記製品の壁の間に充填剤流を入れる送気手段も設けられている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記送気手段が、排出することができる充填材料を搬送するように構成され、前記充填材料は前記充填剤流を規定する、請求項7に記載の装置。
