Abstract
1. Способ пластикации и подачи макромолекулярных материалов, основанный на удлиненном течении, использующий набор щелей специфической формы, объем которых может периодически увеличиваться и уменьшаться; материалы затекают в щель при увеличении объема; при уменьшении объема происходит сжатие, пластикация и вытеснение материалов; таким образом, процесс пластикации и подачи происходит преимущественно под нормальным напряжением. ! 2. Оборудование для осуществления способа по п.1, включающее в себя одно или несколько лопастных устройств пластикации и подачи, каждое из которых преимущественно включает в себя полый цилиндрический статор 1, колонный ротор 2, установленный несимметрично относительно центра во внутренней полости статора 1, группу прямоугольных отверстий, образованных вдоль окружности ротора, несколько лопастей 3, равномерно расположенных в отверстиях и способных свободно перемещаться в радиальном направлении, а также перегородки 4, 5, установленные на обоих концах статора 1 соответственно. ! 3. Оборудование по п.2, отличающееся тем, что эксцентриситет статора 1 и ротора 2 является регулируемым и имеет величину больше нуля, но меньше, чем разность радиусов внутренней полости статора 1 и ротора 2. ! 4. Claims (9)
1. Способ пластикации и подачи макромолекулярных материалов, основанный на удлиненном течении, использующий набор щелей специфической формы, объем которых может периодически увеличиваться и уменьшаться; материалы затекают в щель при увеличении объема; при уменьшении объема происходит сжатие, пластикация и вытеснение материалов; таким образом, процесс пластикации и подачи происходит преимущественно под нормальным напряжением.
2. Оборудование для осуществления способа по п.1, включающее в себя одно или несколько лопастных устройств пластикации и подачи, каждое из которых преимущественно включает в себя полый цилиндрический статор 1, колонный ротор 2, установленный несимметрично относительно центра во внутренней полости статора 1, группу прямоугольных отверстий, образованных вдоль окружности ротора, несколько лопастей 3, равномерно расположенных в отверстиях и способных свободно перемещаться в радиальном направлении, а также перегородки 4, 5, установленные на обоих концах статора 1 соответственно.
3. Оборудование по п.2, отличающееся тем, что эксцентриситет статора 1 и ротора 2 является регулируемым и имеет величину больше нуля, но меньше, чем разность радиусов внутренней полости статора 1 и ротора 2.
4. Оборудование по п.2, отличающееся тем, что лопасти 3 образуют пары; на диаметре ротора 2 находится, по меньшей мере, две пары лопастей 3; общая высота каждой пары лопастей меньше, чем диаметр цилиндрической внутренней полости статора 1; внутренние нижние части лопастей 3 касаются друг друга; при вращении ротора 2 две лопасти 3 на диаметре ротора 2 совершают радиальные возвратно-поступательные движения внутри прямоугольного отверстия, поскольку верхние внешние поверхности лопастей ограничены внутренней поверхностью статора 1.
5. Оборудование по п.2, отличающееся тем, что при вращении ротора 2 объем щелей, ограниченных внутренней поверхностью статора 1, внешней поверхностью ротора 2, лопастями 3 и перегородками 4, 5, периодически увеличивается и уменьшается.
6. Оборудование по п.2, отличающееся тем, что перегородки 4, 5 на двух сторонах статора 1 оснащены вводным А и выводным В отверстиями для материалов; вводное отверстие А соответствует зоне С, в которой лопасть 3 постепенно выдвигается из ротора 2; выводное отверстие В соответствует зоне D, в которой лопасть 3 постепенно задвигается в ротор 2.
7. Оборудование по п.2, отличающееся тем, что отверстием для вывода материалов В оснащена перегородка 5 на одной из сторон статора 1, отверстием ввода материалов АА оснащен статор 1, и отверстие ввода материалов АА соответствует зоне С, где лопасть 3 постепенно выдвигается из ротора 2.
8. Оборудование по п.2, отличающееся тем, что несколько устройств пластикации и подачи соединены последовательно, образуя экструдер.
9. Оборудование по п.2, отличающееся тем, что лопастные устройства пластикации и подачи выполнены с возможностью объединения с различными винтонарезными экструзионными или плунжерными инжекционными устройствами, образуя лопастное устройство пластикации и впрыска, входящее в состав экструдера или литьевой машины.
