Description
図1は、本実施の形態の精密工作機械10の構成を示す模式図である。精密工作機械10は、工具TLを用いて、10nm以下の加工指令にしたがって加工対象物WKを精密加工するものである。この精密工作機械10は、本実施の形態では、工具TLに対して回転状態の加工対象物WKを接触させて加工する旋盤機である。
以上、本発明の一例として上記の実施の形態が説明されたが、本発明の技術的範囲は上記の実施の形態に記載の範囲には限定されない。上記の実施の形態に、多様な変更または改良を加えることが可能であることはもちろんである。その様な変更または改良を加えた形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれ得ることが、特許請求の範囲の記載から明らかである。上記の実施の形態に変更または改良を加えた例を以下に記載する。
上記の実施の形態では、撮像装置18は、工具TLを支持する工具支持部である工具台16に固定された。しかし、撮像装置18は、工具台16を移動可能な移動機構である工具テーブル12bまたは回転テーブル12cに固定されてもよい。
上記の実施の形態では、精密工作機械10は、固定された工具TLに対して回転状態の加工対象物WKを接触させて加工する旋盤機であった。しかし、精密工作機械10は、固定された加工対象物WKに対して回転状態の工具TLを接触させて加工するマニシングセンタであってもよい。
上記の実施の形態では、1つの撮像装置18が工具台16に固定された。しかし、複数の撮像装置18が工具台16に固定されてもよい。工具台16に複数の撮像装置18が固定される場合、複数の撮像装置18の少なくとも1つにおいて上記の(1)式が成立すればよい。
上記の実施の形態では、駆動制御部46が駆動部44を通じて調整機構42を制御することで、自動的に撮像部30の向きを調整した。しかし、作業者が表示部22を観察しながら手作業で撮像部30の向きを調整してもよい。また、作業者が表示部22を観察しながら、撮像部30の向きを調整する指令を入力部から駆動制御部46に与え、駆動制御部46がその指令に基づいて撮像部30の向きを調整してもよい。
上記の実施の形態では、駆動制御部46は、データベースと、加工プログラムで指定される工具TLの種類とに基づいて、加工点Pに対する撮像部30の位置を認識した。しかし、駆動制御部46は、データベースと、作業者の操作に応じて入力部から入力される工具TLの種類とに基づいて、加工点Pに対する撮像部30の位置を認識してもよい。
撮像部30は、制御装置20と無線通信する通信部を有し、当該通信部を用いて撮像素子34で撮像された画像を制御装置20に送信してもよい。また、撮像部30の駆動電力を供給する電池を有していてもよい。
上記の実施の形態および変形例は、矛盾の生じない範囲で任意に組み合わされてもよい。

Claims (9)
- 工具を用いて、加工対象物を精密加工する精密工作機械であって、
前記工具を支持する工具支持部と、
前記工具支持部を移動可能な移動機構と、
前記工具支持部または前記移動機構に固定され、前記工具に対する前記加工対象物の加工点を撮像する撮像部を有する1または複数の撮像装置と、
を備え、
前記撮像部は、前記加工対象物に向くように配置され、前記工具に対して前記加工対象物を接触させて加工する加工中に、前記工具の刃先に接触する前記加工点を、撮像された画像の1ドットあたりの被写体の寸法が0.03mm以下となる条件で、撮像する、精密工作機械。 - 請求項2に記載の精密工作機械であって、
前記画像の長辺と短辺の比は16:9である、精密工作機械。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の精密工作機械であって、
前記撮像部は、前記加工点に対して光を照射する照射部を有する、精密工作機械。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の精密工作機械であって、
前記撮像装置の少なくとも1つは、柔軟性を有する棒状に形成される、精密工作機械。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の精密工作機械であって、
前記撮像装置の少なくとも1つは、前記撮像部の向きを調整する調整機構を有する、精密工作機械。 - 工具を用いて、加工対象物を精密加工する精密工作機械であって、
前記工具を支持する工具支持部と、
前記工具支持部を移動可能な移動機構と、
前記工具支持部または前記移動機構に固定され、前記工具に対する前記加工対象物の加工点を撮像する撮像部を有する1または複数の撮像装置と、
前記撮像部の向きを調整する調整機構を駆動する駆動部と、
前記駆動部を制御する駆動制御部と、
を備え、
前記撮像部は、前記加工対象物に向くように配置され、前記工具に対して前記加工対象物を接触させて加工する加工中に、前記工具の刃先に接触する前記加工点を撮像し、
前記駆動制御部は、前記工具の種類、大きさ、または、長さに応じて、前記駆動部を制御する、精密工作機械。 - 請求項7に記載の精密工作機械であって、
前記駆動制御部は、加工プログラムで指定される前記加工点が変わる場合には、前記撮像部が前記加工点に追従するように、前記駆動部を制御する、精密工作機械。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の精密工作機械であって、
少なくとも1つの前記撮像装置の前記撮像部で撮像された前記画像と、前記画像のなかで指定された一部の領域を拡大した拡大領域画像との少なくとも一方が表示される表示部を備える、精密工作機械。
