ただし、洗浄液の加熱配管の入口の温度をT1(℃)並びに出口の温度をT2(℃)、加熱媒体の加熱管の入口温度をT3(℃)、出口温度をT4(℃)、比熱を1(kcal/kg・℃)、比重量を1(kg/L)とし、Rは洗浄液の流量(L/h)、Aは加熱配管の伝熱面積(m 2 )、Uは総括伝熱係数である。

Claims (4)
- 加熱殺菌部を経て充填機内へと内容物を送る内容物供給系配管を備えた無菌充填機において、
前記内容物供給系配管内を洗浄する洗浄液を前記内容物供給系配管内に循環させ、前記内容物供給系配管内を洗浄するCIP(Cleaning In Place)を行い、
前記CIPの当初から又は途中から前記洗浄液を前記内容物供給系配管内の殺菌に必要な温度に昇温し、昇温させた前記洗浄液を前記内容物供給系配管内に循環させることにより前記内容物供給系配管内を殺菌するSIP(Sterilizing In Place)を行い、
前記加熱殺菌部の加熱配管の前記洗浄液の入口並びに出口における前記洗浄液の温度を測定し、前記加熱配管の加熱媒体の入口並びに出口における前記加熱媒体の温度を測定し、前記洗浄液の前記加熱配管の入口並びに出口の温度及び前記加熱媒体の前記加熱配管の入口並びに出口の温度に基づいて前記加熱配管の総括伝熱係数を下記の1式、2式及び3式により算出し、算出される前記総括伝熱係数が目標値に到達したところで、前記CIPを完了とし、前記SIPが完了していないときは前記洗浄液の循環を継続し、
前記内容物供給系配管内に備える複数の温度センサにより、複数箇所の温度を所定時間ごとに測定しつつ、測定された複数の温度から最低の温度を選択し、選択された最低の温度について下記の4式によりF値を演算し、演算された前記F値を積算し、積算されたF値が目標値に到達したところで、前記SIPを完了とし、前記CIPが完了していないときは前記洗浄液の循環を継続し、
前記CIP及び前記SIPが完了した後に、前記洗浄液を排出することを特徴とする無菌充填機の洗浄・殺菌方法。

- 請求項1に記載の無菌充填機の洗浄・殺菌方法において、前記内容物供給系配管の前記加熱殺菌部を経由する上流側配管部に対し上流側帰還路を設けて上流側循環路を形成し、当該上流側循環路に前記洗浄液を循環させることを特徴とする無菌充填機の洗浄・殺菌方法。
- 加熱殺菌部を経て充填機内へと内容物を送る内容物供給系配管を備えた無菌充填機において、
前記内容物供給系配管内を洗浄する洗浄液を前記内容物供給系配管内に供給する洗浄液供給装置を備え、
供給される前記洗浄液を前記内容物供給系配管内に循環する循環路を形成し、
循環される前記洗浄液により行う前記内容物供給系配管内のCIP(Cleaning
In Place)の当初から又は途中か前記内容物供給系配管内の殺菌に必要な温度に前記洗浄液を昇温し、昇温させた前記洗浄液を前記内容物供給系配管内に循環させることにより前記内容物供給系配管内を殺菌するSIP(Sterilizing In Place)を行うように前記循環路を構成し、
前記加熱殺菌部の加熱配管の前記洗浄液の入口及び出口における前記洗浄液の温度を測定する温度センサを備え、
前記加熱配管の加熱媒体の入口及び出口における前記加熱媒体の温度を測定する温度センサを備え、
前記洗浄液の前記加熱配管の入口並びに出口の温度及び前記加熱媒体の前記加熱配管の入口並びに出口の測定された温度に基づいて前記加熱配管の総括伝熱係数を下記の1式、2式及び3式により算出するコントローラを備え、
算出される前記総括伝熱係数が目標値に到達したところで、前記CIPを完了とするように前記コントローラを構成し、前記SIPが完了していないときは前記洗浄液の循環を継続し、
前記内容物供給系配管内に複数の温度センサを備え、当該複数の温度センサにより複数箇所の温度を所定時間ごとに測定しつつ、
測定された複数の温度から最低の温度を選択し、選択された最低の温度についてF値を下記の4式により演算し、演算された前記F値を積算し、積算されたF値が目標値に到達したところで、前記SIPを完了とするように前記コントローラを構成し、前記CIPが完了していないときは前記洗浄液の循環を継続し、
前記CIP及び前記SIPが完了した後に、前記洗浄液を排出するように前記コントローラを構成することを特徴とする無菌充填機。

- 請求項3に記載の無菌充填機において、前記内容物供給系配管の前記加熱殺菌部を経由する上流側配管部に対し上流側帰還路を設けて上流側循環路を形成し、当該循環路に前記洗浄液を循環するように前記循環路が構成されることを特徴とする無菌充填機。
