Claims (4)
- 液体を流しながら、前記液体を外部から加熱することで前記液体を殺菌する液体連続殺菌装置の液体交換方法であって、
第1の液体を前記液体連続殺菌装置により殺菌し、
前記第1の液体の流量よりも多い流量の洗浄液を、前記液体連続殺菌装置により殺菌しながら流すことで、前記液体連続殺菌装置内を洗浄し、
前記洗浄液の流量よりも少ない流量の第2の液体を、前記液体連続殺菌装置により殺菌しながら流し、
前記液体連続殺菌装置による殺菌は、前記液体連続殺菌装置を流れる前記液体の前記流量よりもとめられる前記液体連続殺菌装置のホールディング部における保持時間t分、及
び前記液体の温度T℃から下記a式により演算されるF値を目標値以上とすることにより行い、

前記洗浄液の前記多い流量により、前記保持時間を算出し、算出された前記保持時間及び前記F値の目標値からa式によりT℃を算出し、前記洗浄液を流す前記液体連続殺菌装置の設定温度をT℃以上とした後、前記洗浄液の流量を前記多い流量とし、
前記洗浄液により前記液体連続殺菌装置内を洗浄した後、前記洗浄液の流量を前記洗浄液の流量よりも少ない流量とした後、前記液体連続殺菌装置の温度を前記第2の液体の殺菌温度に下げる液体連続殺菌装置の液体交換方法。 - 請求項1に記載の液体連続殺菌装置の液体交換方法において、
前記流量は前記ホールディング部の流量、及び前記温度は前記ホールディング部の終端における温度である前記液体連続殺菌装置の液体交換方法。 - 請求項1に記載の液体連続殺菌装置の液体交換方法において、
前記第1の液体を第1の水と交換した後、前記第1の水を前記洗浄液と交換する前記液体連続殺菌装置の液体交換方法。 - 請求項1に記載の液体連続殺菌装置の液体交換方法において、
前記洗浄液を第2の水と交換したのち、前記第2の水を前記第2の液体と交換する液体連続殺菌装置の液体交換方法。
