Claims (1)
- 荷電粒子ビームを発生させる荷電粒子ビーム発生装置と、
前記荷電粒子ビームを所定の照射対象へ照射させる第1照射装置と、
前記荷電粒子ビームを前記荷電粒子ビーム発生装置から前記第1照射装置へ輸送する第1ビーム輸送装置と、
前記第1ビーム輸送装置に設けられる第1真空バルブと、
を備え、
前記第1ビーム輸送装置の下流側端部は遮蔽壁を貫通して開口しており、
さらに、前記第1ビーム輸送装置の下流側端部に接続される第2ビーム輸送装置を備えており、前記第1真空バルブが閉じた状態で前記第2ビーム輸送装置を前記第1ビーム輸送装置の下流側端部に接続し、前記第2ビーム輸送装置内の圧力を低下させる
