Claims (10)
- トランスミッションの上流および内燃機関の下流におけるトルク経路に配置するように構成されたハイブリッドモジュールであって、該ハイブリッドモジュールは、
ステータとその内周を回転可能なロータとを有する電気モータおよびハウジングを有する駆動ユニットと、
前記電気モータに接続されたトルクコンバータと、
前記ハウジングおよび前記ステータに固定されたバッフルであって、前記電気モータおよび前記トルクコンバータの半径方向外側において前記ハウジングから軸方向に延びている、バッフルと、
を備え、
前記バッフルは円弧状のブレード部分を有し、前記ブレード部分は周方向においてその第1の周方向エッジから第2の周方向エッジまで前記電気モータおよび前記トルクコンバータに沿って延びており、前記第1の周方向エッジと前記第2の周方向エッジとは互いに周方向に離隔しており、
前記ブレード部分は軸方向で前記トルクコンバータと前記ステータとの間に形成された空間へ向かって半径方向内方へ突出する周方向に円弧状のタブを有する、ハイブリッドモジュール。 - 前記バッフルは、前記ステータと係合するように前記ブレード部分から半径方向内方へ延びるコネクタをさらに有する、請求項1記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- 前記コネクタは、少なくとも1つのフックであり、前記ステータは、該ステータの、トルクコンバータに対向する面から延びる軸方向突出部を有しており、前記少なくとも1つのフックは前記突出部の周囲に巻き付けられる、請求項2記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフックは可撓性であり、前記突出部上へ変形される、請求項3記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- トランスミッションの上流および内燃機関の下流におけるトルク経路に配置するように構成されたハイブリッドモジュールであって、該ハイブリッドモジュールは、
ステータとその内周を回転可能なロータとを有する電気モータおよびハウジングを有する駆動ユニットと、
前記電気モータに接続されたトルクコンバータと、
前記ハウジングおよび前記ステータに固定されたバッフルであって、前記電気モータおよび前記トルクコンバータの半径方向外側において前記ハウジングから軸方向に延びている、バッフルと、
を備え、
前記バッフルは、前記ハウジングに接続されたベースと自由端部とを有しており、前記自由端部は軸方向において前記ベースおよびハウジングから離れる方向に延在しており、前記バッフルは、前記ベースにおいて前記ハウジングに片持ち支持されており、
前記バッフルは、軸方向で前記ベースと前記自由端部との間において、軸方向で前記トルクコンバータと前記ステータとの間に形成された空間へ向かって半径方向内方へ突出する周方向に円弧状のタブを有する、ハイブリッドモジュール。 - 前記ベースは少なくとも1つのベース孔を有しており、前記ハウジングは少なくとも1つのハウジング孔を有しており、前記ハイブリッドモジュールはさらに、少なくとも1つの締結具を有しており、各締結具は、前記ベース孔のうちの対応する1つを通って、前記ハウジング孔のうちの対応する1つ内へ延びている、請求項5記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- トランスミッションの上流および内燃機関の下流におけるトルク経路に配置するように構成されたハイブリッドモジュールを製造する方法であって、該方法は、
ステータとその内周を回転可能なロータとを有する電気モータおよびハウジングを有する駆動ユニットを提供し、
トルクコンバータを前記電気モータに接続し、
バッフルが、前記電気モータおよび前記トルクコンバータの半径方向外側において前記ハウジングから軸方向に延びるように、前記バッフルを前記ハウジングおよび前記ステータに固定する
ことを含み、
前記バッフルは円弧状のブレード部分を有し、前記ブレード部分は周方向においてその第1の周方向エッジから第2の周方向エッジまで前記電気モータおよび前記トルクコンバータに沿って延びており、前記第1の周方向エッジと前記第2の周方向エッジとは互いに周方向に離隔しており、
前記ブレード部分は軸方向で前記トルクコンバータと前記ステータとの間に形成された空間へ向かって半径方向内方へ突出する周方向に円弧状のタブを有する、ハイブリッドモジュールを製造する方法。 - 前記ステータへの前記バッフルの固定は、前記ステータを、前記バッフルのブレード部分から半径方向内方へ延びるコネクタと係合させることを含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタは少なくとも1つのフックであり、前記ステータは、該ステータの、トルクコンバータに対向する面から延びる軸方向突出部を有しており、前記ステータの係合は、前記フックを前記突出部上に変形させることを含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- トランスミッションの上流および内燃機関の下流におけるトルク経路に配置するように構成されたハイブリッドモジュールを製造する方法であって、該方法は、
ステータとその内周を回転可能なロータとを有する電気モータおよびハウジングを有する駆動ユニットを提供し、
トルクコンバータを前記電気モータに接続し、
バッフルが、前記電気モータおよび前記トルクコンバータの半径方向外側において前記ハウジングから軸方向に延びるように、前記バッフルを前記ハウジングおよび前記ステータに固定する
ことを含み、
前記バッフルは、前記ハウジングに接続されたベースと自由端部とを有しており、前記自由端部は軸方向において前記ベースおよびハウジングから離れる方向に延在しており、前記バッフルは、前記ベースにおいて前記ハウジングに片持ち支持されており、
前記バッフルは、軸方向で前記ベースと前記自由端部との間において、軸方向で前記トルクコンバータと前記ステータとの間に形成された空間へ向かって半径方向内方へ突出する周方向に円弧状のタブを有する、ハイブリッドモジュールを製造する方法。
