Description
また、本発明は、スタイレットがリード本体部に挿入され、体内での移動時に他の装置を必要とすることなく容易に血管内に挿入して移動可能である。
また、本発明のリード固定部は、4Frと細く、端部の直径が徐々に小さくなる形状の固定チップを含むことにより、心室中隔を容易に突き抜けて挿入できる。
また、本発明は、心臓内の他の組織に損傷を与えないため安定的にペースメーカーリードを挿入し、固定することができる。
図3は本発明に係るリードが心室中隔に固定される位置を示す図である。
図5aは本発明の好適な実施形態に係る他の固定部を示す斜視断面図、図5bは本発明の好適な実施形態に係る他の固定部を示す断面図である。

Claims (16)
- サークラージペースメーカーリードにおいて、
遠位部の端に行くほど直径が次第に小さくなる形状を有し、心室中隔を突き抜けて挿入されて固定される固定チップと、外周面に心室中隔と接触する1つ以上の電極と、内部にガイドワイヤーを挿入することができるガイドワイヤー挿通孔とが形成されたリード固定部であって、前記ガイドワイヤー挿通孔が前記固定チップの端を通るように連結されることで、前記固定チップが前記ガイドワイヤーに沿って心室中隔を突き抜けて挿入されると共に前記リード固定部が心室中隔に固定されるように構成された、前記リード固定部と、
前記リード固定部に延設され、近位部でスタイレットを挿入できるスタイレット挿通孔が内部に形成され、前記スタイレット挿通孔の遠位部の端は閉鎖され、前記スタイレット挿通孔に前記スタイレットが挿入されるときに前記スタイレットによって線状に伸展する延性材質からなるリード本体部と、
前記スタイレット挿通孔に挿入され、前記サークラージペースメーカーリードが体内で容易に移動できるように押し込み性(pushability)を付与するスタイレットとを含んでなる、サークラージペースメーカーリード。 - 前記ガイドワイヤー挿通孔は、一端が前記固定チップの遠位部の端に設けられ、他端は前記リード本体部の側面に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記ガイドワイヤー挿通孔は、一端が前記固定チップの遠位部の端に設けられ、他端は前記リード固定部の側面に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記ガイドワイヤー挿通孔は、一端が前記固定チップの遠位部の端に設けられ、他端は前記リード本体部の近位部の端に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記リード固定部は、心筋を容易に突き抜けて固定されるために、2~5.5のフレンチサイズ(Fr)に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記電極は、2つ以上のバイポーラ電極を含み、各電極間の距離が2~10mmであり、前記電極は個別に電気信号を測定することができ、近位部へ電気を伝達することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記スタイレット挿通孔は前記固定チップに形成されるガイドワイヤー挿通孔と同じ伸展線上に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記リード本体部には前記スタイレット挿通孔にスタイレットを挿通時にスタイレットによって線状に伸展し、前記スタイレット挿通孔から前記スタイレットの除去時に元の形状に復元されて冠状静脈洞の内壁に接触して固定されるように屈曲形状を有する固定部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記固定部は、側壁上に多数の延性のワイヤーからなる補強材を含むことにより、固定力を向上させることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記スタイレットは、遠位部から近位部に行くほど強い剛性を持ち、遠位部では体内に屈曲した血管に沿って容易に移動できるように近位部よりも柔軟に動く材質であり、近位部では手術者が押す力を受けることができるようにより堅い材質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記スタイレットは、遠位部の端に行くほど直径が小さくなる形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記固定部は螺旋状または正弦波状を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- サークラージペースメーカーリードにおいて、
遠位部の端に行くほど直径が次第に小さくなる形状を有し、心室中隔を突き抜けて挿入されて固定される固定チップが形成されたリード固定部を備え、
前記リード固定部は、外周面に心室中隔と接触される1つ以上の電極と、
内部にガイドワイヤーを挿入することができるガイドワイヤー挿通孔とを有し、
前記ガイドワイヤー挿通孔が前記固定チップの端を通るように連結されることで、前記固定チップが前記ガイドワイヤーに沿って心室中隔を突き抜けて挿入されると共に前記リード固定部が心室中隔に固定されて前記電極を介して電気刺激を伝達するように構成されたことを特徴とする、サークラージペースメーカーリード。 - 前記ガイドワイヤー挿通孔の一端は、前記固定チップの遠位部の端に形成され、他端は前記リードの側面または前記リードの近位部の端に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記リードは心筋を容易に突き抜けて固定されるために、2~5.5フレンチ(Fr)サイズで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
- 前記電極は、2つ以上のバイポーラ電極を含み、各電極間の距離が2~10mmであり、前記電極は、個別に電気信号を測定することができ、近位部に電気を伝達できることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のサークラージペースメーカーリード。
