Claims (8)
- 樹脂(112)、
樹脂混合物(114)を形成するため、前記樹脂内に含まれる複数の球形高分子ナノ粒子(204)であって
前記樹脂内で可溶性又は準可溶性の前記高分子ナノ粒子
を含む組成物であって、
高分子ナノ粒子(204)の少なくとも一部は、シース内に埋め込まれた非球形粒子として形成されたコア(244)を封入するシース(242)を有するコア・シースナノ粒子(240)であり、
樹脂混合物が硬化した後に非球形粒子のみが留まるように、シースは樹脂(112)内で可溶性であり、
高分子ナノ粒子(204)は、10~200ナノメートルの断面幅を有し、体積比で樹脂混合物(114)の5%以上を構成する、
組成物。 - 前記高分子ナノ粒子(204)は、第1の高分子ナノ粒子及び前記第1の高分子ナノ粒子とは異なる特性を有する第2の高分子ナノ粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(204)は、体積比で前記樹脂混合物(114)の10%以上を構成し、且つ前記高分子ナノ粒子は、体積比で前記樹脂混合物の75%までを構成する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記非球形粒子は、以下の材料、すなわち金属材料、高分子材料、並びにセラミクス及びガラスを含む無機材料のうちの少なくとも1つで形成される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(204)の少なくとも一部の前記非球形粒子は、他の非球形粒子の粒子軸と平行になるように能動的に配向された粒子軸を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 可溶性及び/又は準可溶性の球形高分子ナノ粒子(204)を樹脂(112)に混合して樹脂混合物(114)を形成することであって、球形高分子ナノ粒子(204)の少なくとも一部は、シース内に埋め込まれた非球形粒子として形成されたコア(244)を封入するシース(242)を有するコア・シースナノ粒子(240)であり、樹脂混合物が硬化した後に前記非球形粒子のみが留まるように、シースは前記樹脂(112)内で可溶性である、可溶性及び/又は準可溶性の球形高分子ナノ粒子(204)を樹脂(112)に混合して樹脂混合物(114)を形成すること、
前記樹脂混合物を硬化すること、
前記樹脂の硬化前又は硬化中に、部分的に前記高分子ナノ粒子を前記樹脂に溶解すること、及び
非球形粒子のみが前記樹脂混合物内に留まるように、前記樹脂混合物(114)の前記硬化前又は硬化中に前記シースを溶解すること、
を含み、
球形高分子ナノ粒子(204)が、10~200ナノメートルの断面幅を有し、体積比で樹脂混合物(114)の5%以上を構成する、
組成物を製造する方法。 - 前記樹脂(112)の前記硬化中に、所定の値を下回る温度及び時間で、前記球形高分子ナノ粒子(204)を固体の状態に保持すること、及び
前記樹脂の前記硬化中に、所定の値を上回る温度及び時間で、少なくとも部分的に前記球形高分子ナノ粒子を前記樹脂に溶解すること
を更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 可溶性及び/又は準可溶性の球形高分子ナノ粒子(204)を樹脂(112)に混合する工程が、
前記樹脂(112)に第1の高分子ナノ粒子及び第2の高分子ナノ粒子のうちの少なくとも1つを混合すること、及び
第1の及び/又は第2の高分子ナノ粒子を含まない樹脂の特性とは異なる樹脂特性をもたらす、第1の高分子ナノ粒子及び第2の高分子ナノ粒子のうちの少なくとも1つを溶解すること
を含む、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
