Description
Claims (12)
- 複数の高分子ナノ粒子の樹脂(116)への添加を含む樹脂混合物(128)を含む組成物であって、
未硬化であり、樹脂熱膨張率(CTE)、樹脂硬化収縮、及び樹脂反応熱のうちの少なくとも1つを有する樹脂(116)と、
次の特性:
前記樹脂硬化収縮未満のナノ粒子硬化収縮;
樹脂CTEと異なるナノ粒子CTE;及び
前記樹脂反応熱未満のナノ粒子反応熱
のうちの少なくとも1つを有する前記複数の高分子ナノ粒子(200)と、
を含み、
前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、硬化され、前記樹脂(116)と同一の材料で形成される、
組成物。 - 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、
非エラストマー熱硬化性成分を有する高分子ナノ粒子と、
エラストマー成分のない熱可塑性材料で形成される高分子ナノ粒子と
を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、前記樹脂混合物(128)の他の高分子ナノ粒子と異なる材料で形成される、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)は、10〜200ナノメートルの粒子断面幅を有する、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、前記樹脂混合物(128)の他の高分子ナノ粒子の粒子断面幅と異なる粒子断面幅を有する、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)は、前記樹脂混合物(128)の10体積%以上を構成し、前記高分子ナノ粒子は、前記樹脂混合物の75体積%までを構成する、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 樹脂混合物(128)を形成するために、複数の高分子ナノ粒子(200)を未硬化である樹脂(116)内に含ませること
を含み、
前記高分子ナノ粒子は、次の特性:
樹脂硬化収縮未満のナノ粒子硬化収縮;
樹脂CTEと異なるナノ粒子CTE;及び
樹脂反応熱未満のナノ粒子反応熱
のうちの少なくとも1つを有し、前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、硬化され、前記樹脂(116)と同一の材料で形成される、組成物を形成する方法。 - 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、
非エラストマー熱硬化性成分を有する高分子ナノ粒子と、
エラストマー成分のない熱可塑性材料で形成される高分子ナノ粒子と
を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記樹脂に、前記樹脂(116)の最大温度を低下させるために選択される所定のナノ粒子熱容量を有する少なくともいくつかの高分子ナノ粒子(200)を含むことと、
前記樹脂混合物(128)の硬化中に、前記樹脂反応熱の一部を前記高分子ナノ粒子内に吸収することと、
前記樹脂反応熱の前記高分子ナノ粒子への吸収に応じて、前記樹脂混合物の最大温度を低下させることと
を更に含む、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。 - 前記樹脂混合物の硬化又は固化の前に、強化繊維を前記樹脂混合物(128)に少なくとも部分的に埋め込むこと
を更に含む、請求項7から9の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)は、10〜200ナノメートルの粒子断面幅を有する、請求項7から10の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)は、前記樹脂混合物(128)の20体積%以上を構成し、前記高分子ナノ粒子は、前記樹脂混合物の75体積%までを構成する、請求項7から11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
