Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂及び樹脂に含まれる複数の高分子ナノ粒子を含む組成物であり、CTE、樹脂硬化収縮、及び/又は樹脂反応熱のうちの少なくとも1つを有する樹脂と、樹脂硬化収縮未満のナノ粒子硬化収縮、樹脂CTEと異なるナノ粒子CTE、及び/又は樹脂反応熱未満のナノ粒子反応熱のうちの少なくとも1つを有する複数の高分子ナノ粒子を含む組成物。前記高分子ナノ粒子のうちの少なくともいくつかは、非エラストマー熱硬化性成分を有する高分子ナノ粒子と、エラストマー成分のない熱可塑性材料で形成される高分子ナノ粒子とを含む、組成物。

Claims (15)
- 樹脂熱膨張率(CTE)、樹脂硬化収縮、及び樹脂反応熱のうちの少なくとも1つを有する樹脂(116)と、
次の特性:
前記樹脂硬化収縮未満のナノ粒子硬化収縮;
前記樹脂CTEと異なるナノ粒子CTE;及び
前記樹脂反応熱未満のナノ粒子反応熱
のうちの少なくとも1つを有する複数の高分子ナノ粒子(200)と、
前記複数の高分子ナノ粒子の前記樹脂への添加を含む樹脂混合物(128)と
を含む組成物。 - 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、
非エラストマー熱硬化性成分を有する高分子ナノ粒子と、
エラストマー成分のない熱可塑性材料で形成される高分子ナノ粒子と
を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、前記高分子ナノ粒子の別の軸に沿ったCTEと異なる少なくとも1つの軸に沿ったCTEを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)は、前記樹脂(116)と同一の材料で形成される、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、前記樹脂混合物(128)の他の高分子ナノ粒子と異なる材料で形成される、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)は、10〜200ナノメートルの粒子断面幅を有する、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、前記樹脂混合物(128)の他の高分子ナノ粒子の前記粒子断面幅と異なる粒子断面幅を有する、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)は、前記樹脂混合物(128)の10体積%以上を構成し、前記高分子ナノ粒子は、前記樹脂混合物の75体積%までを構成する、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 樹脂混合物(128)を形成するために、複数の高分子ナノ粒子(200)を樹脂(116)内に含ませること
を含み、
前記高分子ナノ粒子は、次の特性:
樹脂硬化収縮未満のナノ粒子硬化収縮;
樹脂CTEと異なるナノ粒子CTE;及び
樹脂反応熱未満のナノ粒子反応熱
のうちの少なくとも1つを有する、組成物を形成する方法。 - 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、
非エラストマー熱硬化性成分を有する高分子ナノ粒子と、
エラストマー成分のない熱可塑性材料で形成される高分子ナノ粒子と
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記樹脂に、前記樹脂(116)の最大温度を低下させるために選択される所定のナノ粒子熱容量を有する少なくともいくつかの高分子ナノ粒子(200)を含むことと、
前記樹脂混合物(128)の硬化中に、前記樹脂反応熱の一部を前記高分子ナノ粒子内に吸収することと、
前記樹脂反応熱の前記高分子ナノ粒子への吸収に応じて、前記樹脂混合物の最大温度を低下させることと
を更に含む、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。 - 前記樹脂混合物の硬化又は固化の前に、強化繊維を前記樹脂混合物(128)に少なくとも部分的に埋め込むこと
を更に含む、請求項9から11の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)は、10〜200ナノメートルの粒子断面幅を有する、請求項9から12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)は、前記樹脂混合物(128)の20体積%以上を構成し、前記高分子ナノ粒子は、前記樹脂混合物の75体積%までを構成する、請求項9から13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂混合物(128)の硬化の前に、前記高分子ナノ粒子(200)のうちの少なくともいくつかのCTEが低い軸が、少なくとも1つの共通方向に平行に配向されるまで、前記高分子ナノ粒子のうちの少なくともいくつかを回転させること
を更に含む、請求項9から14の何れか一項に記載の方法。
